last night's UT was the perfect opportunity for the market to show an apparent greater loss than reality today, spook a few into selling and give the bashers a bit of ammunition.
So many games.
read above bellow and between the lines, get the mood (agenda) of the poster and make your own mind up.
Nothing has changed except we are probably at the primary stage of the drill, casing, cementing and BOPE installation and test. All Good :-)

As I said last night that closing price UT conjured up out of no where did us no favours made everything look worse.

A "material hydrocarbon discovery" is about the only thing that would need immediate reporting.
Originally you were adamant that the company had to report weekly to meet ASX rules, that is just fiction.
It will be at DW's ( and I am sure PMO's) discretion as to how much information we receive during much of the drill, hopefully rule 3.1 will come into play at some stage.

I just make the point that ASX do not demand what some here state, I am hopeful that DW will keep us informed of positives.

09:50 have you looked at ASX rules 3 (continuous disclosure) and 5 (specific to O & G) , about the only obligation is to report in the event of a "material hydrocarbon discovery", there is absolutely no requirement for weekly reporting during the drill.
So it is the companies choice as to whether to report, for the first time I can remember DW introduced a reporting caveat into a presentation.
" Total program estimated to take ~60 days, with reporting of results determined by materiality and continuous disclosure obligations"

I think that the last presentation page7 is all we are going to get, you may be correct but perhaps DW also thinks sod it why give timescales when all some people do is moan if timelines slip for what ever reason. :-)
