There is a degree of discretion but perhaps the section on materiality is key.

15:36 when posters have come on to express surprise at SP development during drill I often cite the example of Icewine#1, because a fall in SP during drill and a spike on results has happened before in our Alaskan history.
Whether it will happen like that again is very dependent on drill results as you state, buts it's quite a simple premise even if some of posters like to complicate matters a bit for what ever reason. :-))

22:10 remember that rig has to move 32 miles on an ice road, Nordic Calista will not be wanting any delay to avoid possibility of rig being stranded on the tundra, would never ever get it back I imagine, DNR/SOA would not be happy etc etc, No choice get drilling.
