No update on Forrer vs. SOA appeal - so far that's 13 months of deliberation, as DW says feels like a promise broken after all would Bex & 88E have committed to Alaska originally without that sweetener?

To exploit territory ( exploration ) ice roads & pads will still be required unless as with Franklin bluffs the gravel pad already exists, will SOA, DNR, DOG countenance creating gravel pads for "exploration wells I am unsure, tundra is sacrosanct it seems until oil is proven.

TD Jiddy's comment below is broadly correct end of April, early May, the ice road will extend the date by a week at minimum based on reply I received from DOG.
"Ice roads completely melt over the summer. Once we close the tundra to off-road travel in the spring, ice roads may be somewhat viable for another week or two if the weather remains cool and cloudy. But, most of the time, they deteriorate within a week. 24 hrs of sunlight is powerful"
The plan announced by Cruz is to demobilise rig mid April, may be later than that but we should be OK.
My original comments related to purposeful delay, in my view that will not happen.
Future weather forecast suggests cold conditions to return/continue into April.
