that SAE court case is new to me although I knew SAE & Geokinetics have had issues especially after Alaska State support was withdrawn , however we have previously purchased data from the "Icewine" survey so can see no reason why the data would not still be available if needed, if not then perhaps we need Perry Mason :-)

well it's the AGM tomorrow but that is probably going to be a fairly perfunctory process.

13:53 the way the market is formulated we need the market makers and I understand they are there to make money, it just seems to me that the odds are stacked very much in their favour even when they play to the rules.
As private investors all we can do is ensure we understand as much as we can and be in particular aware of the issues of liquidity that can occur when the SP moves fast in either direction.

So often to understand the implications of analysis updates you need an appreciation of the principles of diffusion (Fick's Law), Darcy's Law, kerogen types etc. etc all to much for me and I would guess the vast majority invested, so it either washes over posters (investors) heads or is open to misinterpretation by some.
Remember the flasks of oil from Icewine#1, the company clearly stated leached from the core using solvent but many did not read that!
It's a balancing act I guess and personally I would prefer a tight well written ANN (perhaps an interim) that gives a clear picture than a rush of ANNs at each stage that may be totally gazumped by the final interpretation.

Just interested in the Dean-Stark analysis and discovered that API have a definite procedures for the extraction, handling and processing of cores.
Which makes total sense ensuring data can be trusted and utilised in any independent analysis.

We will get the update when the company & possibly it's partners in the project deem fit, long term here so seen the SP fall on receipt of news (even good) and rise on no news, we will just have to patient and see what happens, OTC market seems very influential.
That UT trade at 09:00 - did that reflect the actual trading position at that time? - never sure how that works particularly in periods of very low volume.
