If they follow other companies i've seen using the crypto treasury angle, they will dilute, but use the funding they raise to buy more crypto, therefore increasing their holdings and value. As you've stated below, the more crypto they hold, the more crypto they gain, almost like dividends, so whilst dilution usually leads to a sharp drop in SP, it's not always the case with this strategy. Will be interesting.

Earlier adopters like SBET and BMNR gained huge SP increases, hitting over 100 dollars a share at some points before diluting to buy more crypto, however, the gate seemed to shut after them, with numerous companies trying it since and getting no gain to their SP at all. EMPD being 1 such example. Be interesting to see how this goes in London.

OSD, i suppose another market for them is start uo companies that have not accrued loyal staff and are looking for a way to give themselves an edge over the competition. Unfortunately, many are not likely to be long term revenue streams, because as we know from this type of investing, a lot of them go bust.

One things that may be worth considering on this front. While there are many cut throat businesses in the world, to take advantage of the cost savings that AI brings really you come down to 1 thing - laying off existing staff. Yes, it can be used as an additional tool to save time, but if it is used that way it is an additional cost. The only time you will see potential financial benefits is when it starts replacing the work done by existing staff at a cheaper and more efficient rate than they do. Many businesses may not be in a rush to remove existing staff at the initial outlay of redundancy and other costs, partly because of those upfront costs, abd also because we are human and form attachments to those that we work with. AI may eventually replace a lot of people, but this may be something that comes over years as people retire and leave through more natural staff turnover factors, rather than this predicted AI boom that woukd immediately wipe out entire work forces.

As Bitcoin hit it's all time high over the weekend, if they had purchased it around the time they said they were, or even better held for the retrace over the last few weeks, they surely would be in the green with it now. Makes the holding off on any updates seem a little suspicious given what's happened with the SP, as it is in serious need of positive sentiment.

I also invest and keep a close eye on NASDAQ. There was a trend a few months ago of companies announcing massive crypto treasuries and the SP exploding upwards at ridiculous rates. The likes of SBET and BMNR rose from single figures to over 100 dollars a share. I'm wondering if Cykel were watching this and hoping the same would happen on LSE, and it fell flat on its face. Those companies then diluted to use the gains to buy even more crypto, and are hanging with an SP that is greatly inflated above the figures before they did this. That bug seems to have been patched now, a few companies tried the same thing and fell flat on their faces. The LSE is not NASDAQ, the UK does not go crazy for crypto in the same way the yanks seem to. I'm starting to get the impression Cykel tried it here hoping for explosive gains, abd it failed miserably.

This one is starting to give me abandonment vibes. It's been quite a while since they released news of the the contract they had secured. Pretty sure if they had signed more they'd be shouting it from the roof tops given to slide in SP. Combined with the lack of news on the crypto diversification they promised, i'm starting to feel very abandoned by this CEO.

The wording on the timing of the future RNS was misleading and stupid if they didn't mean to follow through with it, no doubt. But when the raised the money, it was a bad time to buy Bitcoin as it was rising and on its way to 120k. Much wiser to wait for it to retrace, which it appears to be doing at the moment, and get more bang for your book. A lot of crypto stocks on NASDAQ were on massive runs at the tine, but appear to have lower SP as crypto is on the downward stage of its cycle.

It's now nearly 2 months since the last RNS this company released, which was exercising warrants. Closer to 3 since we had any real news on anything to do with business activities. Meanwhile the SP has done nothing but deteriorate. When they wanted to attract investment they were quite capable of communicating regularly through numerous channels. Now that they have it they have done nothing to give their SH any sort of confidence in their investment whatsoever. Absolute dereliction of duties on the part of the BOD and quite frankly it feels like an absolute disgrace on their part. A few press releases or interviews would have done a lot to limit the drop in SP, but suddenly they don't care enough about their SH to be bothered with these activities. I hope i'm wrong but it feels like a "take the money and run" job.

OSD. Thanks for your response. Always interesting to hear somebody else's opinion on how the development lifecycles of both companies impact investor sentiment. Obviously, i hope both turn it around and i become ridiculously rich, but either one will do 😂

Question for you OSD. I have shares in both this and SCGL. The SCGL BOD have disappeared without a trace for the best part of 6 months, and share price has tanked considerably, yet you seem to have a positive feeling about that share. The Cyk board have been quite active in RNS's in comparison. What is it from your point of view that gives you a more positive attitude towards SCGL? Is it where they are in the stages of development in their product, or is there another reason. Quite frankly, they are both p**sing on my chips lately.

Should have invested the CEO's wages in bitcoin for all the use he's been. Would have probably impacted the SP more than he has in the last few months. I need to find a job where i get paid loads of money for doing absolutely nothing too.

Charts mean little on this long term. If they release an RNS that they are releasing SEA-VOO and have formed partnerships with Hugo Boss and Gucci, it won't matter whether the chart has a double bottom, cup and handle or a loop da loop, it will fly through the roof. If they don't, it'll sink. Right now i 'd settle for Primark 😂

I don't think there is a question of whether the people who are hoping good times are imminent have an agenda.....of course they do, they have invested money and wish to see it succeed. Pointing out the falling share price on a company who's product it not even out to market (although i am probably guilty) is pretty pointless, particularly for people who're not invested, and brings in to question exactly what that agenda is. The agenda of those promoting it is clear as day.
