I am not going to predict--cannot see the point--too many have made wild predictions of 3-4-5p, maybe but sp will be what it will be, BUT definitely NOT helped by certain people trading the arse out of it. We all need to appreciate that the potential is still here, nothing has changed, if we traded a little on good rises and take a bit of profit--OK but we really should sit tight and let sp rise on all the good news to come. Remember--a potential North Sea oil/gas find on LAND lots to look forward to and we have to move on from this placing debacle or suffer the consequences--bad taste in mouth maybe, but lets not cut our noses off to spite our faces??

As DB said to me once the company decide to PLACE and it goes out to the Broker it immediately has the prospect of being in the public domain and they the company have no control. Authorities IMO need to clapm down HARD on brokers and their employees who are the main respondents for the leaks!

All that I accept and I pointed that out, but what authority has DB o take any action? It is up to the regulators and as we all know they are weak. Broker Man Dan bragged on Twitter he had received inside info from an employee of Angel FACT. that was acted upon by him and no doubt his mates and the rug was taken from under our feet, DB has no authority to take action --change the broker but same thing could happen again? HE is ****ed off but he cannot take his eye off the ball to deal with all this crap. All those who accuse DB should speak to him on a level headed basis, all very well banding about accusations when you can actually speak to those you are accusing? I am ****ed off of course but this DOES happen with AIM a nd we should all know AIM is a risky market? No doubt you will disagree with me but I am too old to engage in any slanging match and it serves no purpose anyway

Correction HEIDI---I have NEVER given out any personal information about DB´s wifes illness--apology?? I know NOTHING about his wife being ill other than OTHERS having mentioned it

JUST BE whjat on earth do you expect DB to come out and say?? He has been verbally abused beyond reason, he has done NOTHING wrong, the leak to the market did NOT eminate from UJO or any of its employees. As BMD said on Twitter HE was informed by someone within the brokers, that can happen with ANY share. UJO is a desirable share with enormous potential so those wishing to get one step ahead of the rest will do so. AIM regulations are weakly administered IMO and to keep levelling the blame at DB is ill thought out. Anyone with such views should talk to the man directly on a BUSINESS level with NO aggravation or accusations and you may begin to realise he is being made a scapegoat. You change brokers?? What to stop it happening again--I rest my case

As you know I post on here infrequently but when I see people persistently posting when they are no longer invested?? Whats the point?? and BTW PLEASE spell OF correctly not keep spelling OFF when it should be OF slightly irritating!!

Th reason being is that he has received so much vile abuse, some phoning him several times a day--atm he thinks--Whats the Point? I hope he calms down and at least gets to time to talk to Scotty! He may be used to ****e being thrown at him from time to time but everyone has their limits. Changing broker was my first reaction but having spoken to David at length I now understand that this sort of thing---particularly on AIM---goes on regularly. Once information is in the hands of the brokers there is little chance of stopping info getting out if someone is inclined to spill the beans and still little chance of culprits being caught! A pint in a pub and info is often given freely. no point in checking e-mails or phones of brokers employees as they will not be silly enough to leave any traceable trail. A fact of life unfortunately--and the risk one takes investing in shares.
With all the equipment currently going onto the site of high quality it is evident they aint messing about with small amounts. We never saw that at Horse Hill with UKOG so I still trust that in time we will get our just rewards. Oil & gas is not a short term gain investment with fledgling companies--remember UJO have not even reached their 10 yr anniversary so are doing pretty well up to now to reach this stage of development!!

A point some have made during this debacle, but having spoken to David at some legth I fully appreciate the reasons for a Placing now, some even say its never a god time! As I said in my post--we live now in very uncertain and worrying times, business are collapsing each day folk losing their jobs, and it is not going to get better any time soon, so David and the board felt that now was the time to raise more cash--principle for future opportunities and a kind of insurance policy. If things get really tight then it would be even more difficult to raise funds, as it was it was well over subscribed, surely giving us PIs confidence that people in the wider community felt UJO is worth investing in. AS said give him a call --he is very receptive to having a good natter and will be open obviously cannot answer certain confidential questions --you may be pleasantly surprised!!

For all you PIs ****ging off DB unmercifully have you ANY idea how passionate he is about UJO? How hard he works to get things RIGHT how he has no control over the SP? To those who show him little or no respect, give him some slack, give him a phone call or e-mail him---find out a little more about the man how he ticks before posting knee jerk comments about how little you really know about him--you are typical of so many posters on social media who hide behind your lap tops, If you do not like UJO or DB then get out if not show a bit of human respect for a man you know little about, He eis hurt badly when he reads dreadfully personal comments and little wonder he has not done an interview --so call him and maybe you will change your views a little? He really is a god bloke working hard for us all, The Placing was done for a good reason because money in the bank when we have a very uncertain future on the the economy, the pandemic, and our political future.
