Agree-Heidi---some valid points made and good arguments, however the majority of us here are NOT experts in the OIL sector and therefore really have no idea of the hoops these companies have to go through to get things on stream. We know they have to deal with HSE EA source the right equipment at the right time, and probably loads of other regulations we are not privvy to. YES we would like to know what is going on as we are part owners being shareholders, but contacting them or EA serves only maybe to delay things further, irritate them. If you are invested here you have to trust what they are doing even though sometimes we feel not much going on. I trust DB, he is a good bloke and few CEOs would take the trouble to speak to shareholders or make ANY response---look at UKOG for example?? It appears that together with all the prospects there is a massive amount of oil/gas and therefore they HAVE to get things right, as, when the time comes and a BIG BOY does come in they can see EVERYTHING is in place and has been done correctly. I hope all this makes sense to the doubters and those like many who are frustrated by the wait----me included at times!!! Have a good and safe week in what looks like a bad weather week??

Whats your opinion as to what Gonzales has said about EA and a POSSIBLE wait until MAY!! DB feels it could be 6-7 weeks??

One of my FEW posts--mainly because of idiots like your good self. You obviously have no idea how an oil/gas company works? Have no idea the work involved to get a MASSIVE project off the ground, how much work goes into satisfying all the regularity bodies, sourcing all the right equipment??
Maybe you will have the balls to contact DB and tell him IN PERSON what you have crassly put in writing on this board?? I am not holding my breath that you will have the balls--if however you do I am confident DB will shoot you down in flames. If you REALLY took the trouble to find out what sort of a man he was and how well qualified he is you may begin to appreciate that he is one of THE BEST. END OF!!!

As yet no reply from BONZO about who is doing the core sample---some Lab in France I believe--I cannot find any info so has anyone else any idea? For what its worth I guess they are VERY positive from the many times DB has given us the thumbs up--and he IMO is a man to be trusted One of the best

Oh I think if the shysters had not spilt the beans over the placing and the volumes then the placing price may well have been higher and less shares to issue. it is what it is unfortunately and hopefully DB and co will//or have got to the bottom of it and the culprits bought to book--not holding my breath as--in the past---such things have resulted in a mild slap wrist, nothing to do with DB as I am sure he will do his part, but any action is out of his hands. We HAVE to look forward and hope that once the NEW YEAR brings better news we will justifiably reap good rewards by a much higher sp??

So so many peeps just do not understand the PLACINGS question--there can be good and bad placings and UJO PLACING definitely falls into the former. Every progressing company needs to raise money in order to progress?? YES-- well this 5m placing is not MEGA but is needed to raise money for their future projects--they are not a BIG producing revenue company ATM so how do peeps think they are going to fund expensive projects--ie get the BLOODY oil out of the ground without have to raise cash?? So many companies survive on their borrowings---and this is NOT a borrowing--it is the ability to raise funds by way of shares where everyone has a chance of making some money---because they raised funds. So NO ONE try and say the placing was anything but GOOD!!!!

I am rarely posting on here now because of abuse etc BUT I HAVE to respond to you regarding DB
He and the company are currently going through an investigation where all sorts of people will be invovled and including maybe barristers/solicitors. He CANNOT announce ANYTHING whilst an investigation is going on. He has had over 50 e-mails and phone calls including some of a life threatening nature---so it is said. I have had contact with him as he has told me in no uncertain terms that he CANNOT say anything with so much going on with various parties.
There have been enough leaks without him or anyone else making interim statements that could jeopodise a thorough investigation. Blaming him or the Board serves no purpose other than to stir up further anger and problems. Let them get on with what they are doing and in time I am sure it will all come out in the wash and some will be left with nasty stains!

DB is supposed to champion shareholders and from what other reliable peps have said I do not doubt that. At present my belief his hands are tied on what can be released into the public domain. Negotiations/talks are obviously going on and a PROPER release of information will be released all in good time and for people to expect an immediate release as to what is ging on is folly---this only broke last week so a little further patience is required by all. Many obviously do not appreciate what all this entails and what can and cannot be said at this sensitive time

so--at this time do not expect tto much info if you get a reply They are FULLY aware of not only the situation but the strength of feeling amongst shareholders but because this is ongoing there is only a very limited amount they would be prepared to say---other than thanks and we share your concerns etc but the more that write the greater the sense of feeling and anger---I think it will be resolved one way or another as names have been mentioned in public so those who have named names have to be sure of their facts ---one would hope!!

Good luck as I am sure you will, make your comments sound and precise with no personal slants and he should reply may take a day or so---also I believe his wife has been ill so time been taken there no doubt bit of a juggling act. But as said I believe there to be a series of ongoing meetings to root out the MOLE!!

Apparently did not last time---sp went UP--Placing is being done for a VERY good reason NOT because they are sort of funds---all progressive companies have to raise fund a either through a placing or loans in order to take them to the next stage of development--exactly what is proposed here and nothing wrong with that

Just read your posts on here today and a lot of what you say makes sense. I would take issue with one or two things--agree a few outrightrampers and then COIL takes advantage but it seems--no proof--that he takes notice more of what BMD says and screws the rest of us and then makes fun of us which is the part that really rankles. Whther the companies in the group are making any concerted efforts to find out who the Mole is leaking news before and RNS remains to be seen---it need to be stamped out as we then have an unfair advantage with our shares.
As to Heidi? all I will say is YES she is a woman and yes she is passionate about her investment in UJO and nothing wrong with that, if you call that ramping so be it. All I would say and advise is do not get too wrapped up in her--genuinely she IS OK and only bites back when she gets unpleasant posts that you have a habit of making. Few of us know one another so lets not spoil what could be a good chat site with unnecessary personal attacks--maybe learn to zip eh---I have to say good to see you speaking about UJO! Lets agree to disagree sometimes??
