If--as suggested--they missed the signature signing by one day--I would say that is gross professionalism?? I am a stickler for timimg and being punctual and was alwasy a minute or two early for any appointment and to miss this one seems poor form?? I guess they will get it done but the ball is in the Zims court now and they can be bloody minded as well??

But with the last company I worked with in 1998 we went to Elephant Hills Hotel Zimbabwe and we were asked to take all sorts of school stuff--pens paper rubbers little book etc and we gave them to the Round Table Reps atan Hotel in Harare---all secretly done and they then distributed to the schools in need!! So maybe you are not far off the mark!!!

Always going to be very volatile and a very risky punt here. We are not only dealing with Africa but also Zimbabwe. As said before , they do everything a ta pace---their pace!! No news when some expected it and the sp will react accordingly. Here I believe we just have to hold our breath and hope. Mixter--Agree-we have seen Boris confident he would get Brexit done and dusted by 31st Oct--Dead in a Ditch else?? Similarities here but IMO the operators are conducting themselves better than Boris---they are not sticking their necks out. We will get there--just a little bit longer.
Its the same with starting operations again--maybe they want to get the Planning Issue rubber stamped and of course the correct machinery for the job ad we do not know how easy or available that is.
