s4howarth--I like you am no oil expert but IN LAYMANS TERMS it means that over a long period of time the rocks have naturally cracked by the earths movements and there fracturing is not necessary, This has created a natural pool of oil--a reservoir. There has been much talk in the past about fracking and even headlined in the Daily Mail as a Fracking Site. Totally untrue and fracking will NOT be necessary at any stage to get the oil out! Hope that helps---I expect some negative responses,, BUT tough

DHC--Yes it would be good to see higher volumes now that SS has leaked what will undoubtedly be in the next RNS ---and better maybe, I hope also that there are few Corporate Investors taking not of what is happening and soon having the confidence to take the plunge, and invest. being a PI only share this has suffered over the past weeks with those wanting a fast buck here and there and has not given LTH a chance. I feel next year will make this company one to take note of and some may well regret not getting in now!!

Unfortunately with sites like this--Social network!!---we will always get those trying to put a spanner in the works. It is down to Admin to sort them out and make sure they do not come back under another guise!! Wish everyone could look at this share on a level playing field and objectively. Bit like all the best managers of football sit in the stands or on the social network sites---this is much the same and they have NO IDEA how to run a company properly or what goes on in the oil industry---let alone all the rules and regulations!!

ocelot--yes you are correct. I think the 2000barrels a day may well turn out to be a conservative amount. SS quoted that on the basis of what he knows now, but I feel a lot more info to come out. When he says that Godley and IOW could be double HH it really makes you realise the ambitions of UKOG. What is happening right now with the sp will be history in 12/18months time---I hope! ATM there are to many short term investors who are trying to make money NOW instead of waiting---I have never been fishing so I would guess it is a bit like that!!

To an extent I agree. SS felt the need yesterday to do the interview, maybe in an attempt to stem the downward plummet of the sp. Yes we need an RNS BUT as they are still testing they need to have all the tech detail to issue rock solid info which is a requirement of an RNS. What we got yesterday--yes good news--but things like, we expect to see, probably 2000 barrels etc. What has happened is that market was initially pleased with what SS had a to say, BUT it was not an RNS. We will get an RNS--whenever, and then the info he said yesterday plus the RNS, will be built into the current sp. TheMM´s will hold it down. SS was between a rock and hard place and I am not sure now in the short term whether there will be any positive effect upon the sp.it is NEXT year when we will see real value. All IMO

Strange UKOG has not featured as the TOP of the Top Risers---did we close 10% or 12% up LSE keep changing ghe figure. The interview has made my WEEK Heidi give him the biggest kiss---or more!!

Is as good as a GOOD RNS--target a conservative 2000 barrels a day--the sp should be rocketing but guess his interview has not fully passed over to the markets?

Little wonder shares and stock market is all over the place. Investors have little confidence that the Govt can govern. prospect of a NO DEAL Brexit and business is starting to get really worried. UK in the brown stuff good and proper. UKOG will come to the rescue in 2019 by having much more home grown oil which is all good for the economy. Wonder where we will be this time NEXT Xmas?? Stick with it as little point in even considering cashing in--if you do IMO you will kicking yourself by mid summer 2019 GLA

JTyler--Thanks--yes I think with this share it has been dogged for months by Day Traders trying to make their 10/100 quid here and there. With NO Corporate investors this share was always going to be prone to that. I have suffered with AIM shares---TRP Matra Cabot Energy etc--but I DO believe in this one!! and also ALBA should come good with its diverse portfolio. GLA

Whilst I am sure some on here would have hoped---in vain as it happens---by now to have ordered their new cars, spare a thought that those of the opinion this share is being manipulated by the MM´s that it is they the men in suits on the stock market who will be taking ownership of THEIR new cars from their end of year bonuses!!

dahmed---The tanker count has nothing to do with how much oil is coming our in terms of potential commercial zone. They are doing many many different tests --do not forget this a TEST PERIOD and as few, if any, of us are oil experts we should not deduce that fewer tankers means less oil potential. Whilst, to all of us investors, the long wait for another RNS is frustrating, particularly as it coincides with the share price plummeting, we have to be patient and realise this is NOT a short term gain share. The jigsaw that is The Weald will take time to piece together, but I sincerely hope that 2019 will give us all a better picture and together a much more healthy sp---for now we have to bear the appalling sp for a while longer IMO!!
