Stu----I agree BUT many sp values are governed by sentiment only. Take AAOG--as I mentioned yesterday---they are getting 55barrels a day production--a ridiculously low amount compared with The Weald --and yet THEIR sp continues to rocket. Their sp is around 12/14/16p?? and so the % rises are much more, in value, than UKOG´s when it does go up. That is the baffling thing about the stock market---there is NO normality.
If what RODDERS says is true, then why is UKOG sp based on the price of oil and other oil companies NOT--as is your point!!

Good Morning---Just read your figures --which make good reading--although I am a little confused--maybe ME!!-- You say revenue pa of approx 126m yet annual net profit of only 6 m---if I read that correctly? and with all these good returns the sp only 2.05p--Your maths maybe better than mine--too early in morning--but maybe when you have a mo you could explain? I do not hold in AAOG but have just read their RNS of today. They have increased production from 30 barrels a day to 55 barrels WOW!!! and their share price rockets by over 23% and what are we getting from our test ?? At least 440 barrels a day from just one Zone maybe Beggars belief that with such a piddling amount they can experience such a percentage rise. I would love to think when our results come out we could even achieve 50% of that rise??

Very low volumes and yet down 3.5%---patience--- our time will come

Does not look as if we will get an rise in sp today looking at the sea of red sales on the Share Trades!!! and STILL we wait.

Charlie--Bugger all eh?? well this is a TEST and 100k a week--or thereabouts--aint bad by anyone's standards 400k a month 4.8m a year and then times that by 6 earns the company quite a lot of dosh---and that's just the beginning of the whole process. Glass half empty comes to mind??

Maybe wishful thinking from some of you guys--cannot see any significant spike in world oil prices, in fact Brent on the way down at present---but being so volatile it could all change in the blink of an eye---all I want is for 2019 to be the Year of the Weald and UKOG/ALBA

I guess things will not start to move properly until next week on the Stock Market--everyone still in Holiday Mood---or just a MOOD??
