Clarry--Far be it for me to question your intelligence, but when I stated that it would be against the Companies Law to trade in a closed period--how can you not understand this?? And then say ---Not really a Coherent argument???? Please read up on Google about Closed Period---and Insider Trading, I hope you will at least begin to understand the reasons behind SS not buying in to UKOG

I think all those whinging on about SS NOT taking up his options has a simple answer and that is because throughout this period of Testing etc is defined as a Closed Period when Directors/CEO´s cannot buy or take up options on shares of their company, and to contravene this would be breaking the Companies Law---and if any of those who question this do not fully understand , then GOOGLE it --there is plenty of info covering this issue.
I think the knockers of SS do not or will not understand his commitment to UKOG and The Weald and those questioning his salary may not realise that this is quite conservative compared with other CEO-s--I would challenge many of The Knockers to do a better job.

It may be utter rubbish, but sometimes it is good for lighthearted and amusing comments to be allowed, makes a change from all the abusive ones one gets at times. Just read your earlier post--many thanks for your kind comments. Costs nothing to be courteous to ones fellow humans!! Yep one can say I am an honest straighforward guy. Not particularly technical, but read the comments of those more wise than me. I am a LTH who genuinely believes that we WILL have our day. Topped a good few yesterday--gamble, yes, but one worth taking IMO.

Oktane--Just got in and read your post--excellent. There is soo much crap written on sites like this---which I tend not to read. Some people cannot or will not realise what a qualified person SS is, his life is all about UKOG and of course he wants to make it successful. He has NOTHING to do with the sp and some idiots have implied, that is purely a Stock Market area. All this speculation as to what and when the next RNS will be is nonsense IMO, SS will deliver the next RNS when HE and his Team see it as the relevant time. I am looking forward to it as I genuinely believe it will tell us so much about this well at HH and where we go from here. Once we are on solid ground with production at good levels then I would hope Corporate Investors will come buying.
