Fingers crossed BT can increase the job cuts even more if they deploy AI more aggressively. The headcount reduction looks good, but fingers crossed they can shave more off their targets. Just checked and CWU only has 40,000 members at BT out of a total 118,000. I can see that membership reducing as well.
