Barclays i was hoping to buy at £1.50 i'll av a thunk on that again Monday. Cos they are always very opaque and often sailing close to the wind , getting caught with there pants down. I never hold them permanently.

One of the advantages of the pound sterling is the Government can print money till the cows come home without ever having defaulted, and i think it's the only country in the world that can say that.
Our Banks have done wot the government told them in stress tests = all good .

One only pays the spread once until selling so a purchase at 1.16p and the spread when you "Lol" of 11% is part of Aim shares . That's how it goes and the fact they were 96% down and now pumping oil to market & big licenses in Ireland ! Yep still a gamble but not unreasonable.
