Some years back one of my customers an x copper had a new fitted kitchen installed by MFI lol , he paid the deposit a good job was done and they never asked him for the balance ever. My point is so many incompetent muppetts at the top of industry, government and everyday household firms . Some of the benefit scams are through the roof . I'm not sure about the management of Lloyds ! Who's checking anything these days and if so are they competent.
