Very sensible post. (recommended)......... two ways of looking at it (and yes have been here a long time).

1. They are AIM criminals out to lose us all our money but have a great life themselves.
2. They will make deals, whenever and however they can.

Your choice. If we are going to lose our money then a NO vote will help them on their way. Vote YES and they may give us what we hope.

What advantage is there to say NO? We have invested as PI's. Yes most of the time we get shafted. No doubt.

My last dosh is in this. It will either go to nothing or give me what I hope. I am of the mind that I may lose it all but I am also of the mind that one day that RNS will come good. It's what us PI's hope for.

People with money make money on this casino everyday. I can't compete - I just can't. Over the years I have learnt the game to a degree but to play the game you need money. I don't. This is my last hope too be honest. If I get screwed with this bunch then I get screwed - my bad decision but to vote NO means I am screwed.

Hope I didn't offend Freddie. No intention of that. Much smaller monies but quite away down too, mainly Oil companies, so I have my last all thrown into VAL, just for a change of scenery!!

Lets have an update every month - what happens then. Nothing too dramatic - the Share price goes up in the morning (or over the next week with the Rampers), then it drifts.....it drifts and it drifts. Who makes the money - the Day Traders (the rich) why others get suckered in. Big news is different - but how often can we / do we expect this? Not trying to start a verbal war - just an opinion.

Align - So who are these people? We know one of them has a personal interest and using their so called company banner to stir things up with the BOD. Of course everyone is hacked off at the moment, particularly the very long term holders but it was a startup Bio company so huge risk. We are losing, on paper a lot of money right now, but all this negativity is putting off the you and me small time investors - and yes I do believe they read this bulletin board to suz things out and sentiment. We drift everyday at the moment - few trades with a large spread. Most days a sell (usually relatively small) comes in at the end knocking the Share Price down meaning we have a hill and then a mountain to climb the next day/week. It's Aim - manipulation? I hold my tongue. I really don't think this anger at the BOD is helpful. If you invested in a FTSE company would you be complaining you aren't getting enough communication - I doubt it cos the ups and downs are usually very small with them. They don't communicate very well thats for sure. We hope for a big payout day, one day, we risk our hard earned money. Lets sit back and see what happens (and yes apologises to the very LTH's as that may sound crass), but we are all losing right now and none of this is helping. If Mr Blogs hadn't sold just before the bell today we might have seen a slight rise. Never know Mr Choo choo train might have come back then.

the 99% of Investors here who read but don't post...........can you please all just shut up. You know who you are and too be honest it's really quite embarrassing........in fact shameful. It's an amazing evening - just go out there, have a beer or two and just chill. If you are invested and want to stay invested - then relax. If you are a troll then go away and troll another company. It's money, it's ethics - whatever the reason - we have our money invested - hard earned money for the most. The guys running the company aren't business people - but they are scientists - trying to make a difference. Give them a chance - and yes for those first in, it's crippling at the moment, but that's the risk with Pharma start-up companies. Whether Mr Chelsea is a liar - then thats your decision. If he isn't then how will you feel? If he is a liar then what a despicable man. I make no comment as I don't know him. Lets discuss the company please. Apple - stick with the facts as you used to do please. You are lowering yourself at the moment - not good. Respect to all the decent investors out there and that includes Freddie as I believe he is.

Don't often comment but when you hear comments like this - why are you invested. Do you not understand the basics? Jeez - go and invest elsewhere.

Personally I'm more than happy that roses and jaynet contribute. They bring a different and balanced view to things. And yes if people spark rumours of what we are hoping, before its happens, and maybe it will and maybe it won't - they have every right to give their opinion. For me the tr1 on Friday is a big positive. A well known investor (i believe). I'm pretty sure that people like him get chance to speak to the BOD.No "inside" information - just a feel for things - meetings maybe to say "heh I want to invest megabucks what have you got for me". Likes of the PI - no chance of meetings otherwise they would never be able to get on with their jobs. Anyway got my last �5000 in this - if it doesn't work out the missus will have my doo dahs hanging from a door frame - so yeah I'm hoping - big time!! Keep up with your views roses and jaynet plus others like Freddieboy. I do believe he is a genuine investor - go on you two - slap me down :) Only thing that hacks me is people saying DYOR the whole time. I do, I have, how much more can you do apart from kidnap, torture and get the info. from the BOD.

He sold loads to make a good whack on his initial investment AFTER being told by Novum that he could have loads at 2p and make a huge whack. What a scam!!!! Anyway on the upside I guess inside information is good. Profit maybe for the LTH (maybe!!). New mansion and yacht for this guy and the BOD. Just be glad to make a measly profit on my savings of �4500 or more :)

can it be allowed that over the last few days minimum of 5 million shares have been forward sold making Brokers mates about �30000 for doing nothing apart from being "a mate". Do us PI's ever get a look in? An offer of having some (although couldn't afford it anyway)? And those warrants for Novum. Not bad for a few hours work. Freddieboy has �120000 in this. Currently worth �75000 - if he can be believed :)

Hope you are right but nothing tells me you are. Just see us constantly being screwed over by Brokers and BOD. No PR from BOD at all.
