Don't always agree with what Tozerk writes but on this one he has a very good point. As I understand it, Hardman are paid by VAL to write their report and Align don't seem that credible too be honest, especially from a medical point of view. I struggle to understand the 401 results and I'm sure most do. A proper independent report would solve it one way or another. Just my opinion for right or wrong as a concerned investor.

My condolences to you too ValJu, and I agree with you whole heartedly that it would be great to all pull together on this one. We are all (well most I guess) making a loss but not the type of loss you have suffered, which I am sure is awful. Not that I or we know the details and it is not our business either if you do not wish to share, and I'm sure you don't.. Puts it all in to perspective in a way. Hope you know what I mean.
Constant bitching on this BB and yet too be honest we are all after the same thing I believe.
Some guys on here are wind up merchants because they come across as too optimistic without facts.

Let's stop this nonsense of paid trolls and shorting. It's rubbish. There are many who have lost faith and it's understandable. Jonjo was decent enough to state his holding to us tonite. Tozerk explained his position to us the other night, which I felt was decent of him. Just a couple of examples. I guess most of us are down but none of us know what and when things are going to happen, but there are also people who have knowledge and spread it. If we disagree, we disagree - end off! But why not be civilised. For right or wrong I am optimistic but if someone states that a JV is coming tomorrow/soon, I am more than happy to ask them to stop the nonsense and give facts. This fact being we don't know-none of us know.

Do people who knock this share so much really know what's going on in the background. Of course not!! They are ignorant to the facts and have done no real research about the potential and all the drugs involved. Yes - hopefully life saving Cancer drugs that you might need one day. I have no idea what their agenda is. You can't short this share so have no idea apart from maybe they have lost so much on Aim elsewhere that they are so bitter.
Will VAL401 be the catalyst? I have no idea, the results aren't obvious to the none experts, like myself, but if the results are that bad why wouldn't they just drop it and rely on the other products - common sense surely!
Look at VAL201 - do some research. The product is being tested by a Cancer specialist at UCLH, who has produced papers over the years regarding this drug (look it up). If this was rubbish - would they really continue? Of course not. I believe this is the big one in terms of the closest to real term treatment/production/profit. Yes, we have to wait until minimum June 2019 for results but tests take time. Other drugs are also in the pipeline as researched would know.
Constantly having a go at the BOD - what do you expect. We have many updates (compare other Aim companies). They are usually positive. It costs lots of money to test and to bring to fruition these drugs. Lots of money. Have they not now got rid of the loan sharks and relying just on placings (well OK not quite just placings). OK - so you don't like the placings. What else?
Blaming them always for the drop in share price. Of course the norm is to drop to placing price (just happened) but look at general trading. Most days the spread is quite often 20% ish. One small trade at the end of the day and the price drops around 10%. We get that 4/5 days out of 7. Of course it's going to sink. We all don't like the way AIM shares work. Is it as it should be? I would hate to comment (carefully worded) but the numbers never seem to add up.
If you don't like it - get out now. If you haven't got shares and facts are you can't short, then apart from being a wind up merchant, what is your agenda? Odd people. Weird Mentality.

How good is Val401? Have to admit to the casual eye, they aren't stunning, but I'm no expert and I suspect the one's knocking it aren't either. Val201 however is another matter and if you researched properly you would see that. We will have to wait till next June to get the full results but in the meantime we hope Val401 will come good and hopefully in between we will get updates on Val201.

Is there anybody who can give a balanced view on the results for VAL401. Someone with some decent knowledge. In other words is the number of people involved in this Phase 2 trial for these types of drugs normal? Or is there usually more or less. Thanks in anticipation.

Well Freddie - your tune has changed, so much, over the months that I have been reading this BB. Once I actually said that I believed you are a genuine. I still do believe you are a genuine investor but the desperation you have fallen too, to ramp this share, is shameless. Why not get some realism? PI's have been shafted yet again. Whether our dreams come true or not - it's just so wrong to ramp endlessly without true facts - all we have is the RNS's and nothing more. They don't inspire confidence in me and many others. And yes the derampers are just as bad if not worse. Aim is a cesspit as most of us know. So yes, if you so desire, I will shove my comment up my a*se, but you have many many many more comments that you should shove up your own. Best of luck to all genuine shareholders, and after what I wrote above, I guess to you as well - I hope you are right!!

As I see it there are 2 scenarios here :
1. New Investors are possibly aware that news is imminent (my lawyer told me how to word that) - therefore they will hold their 1.5p shares until news is announced and they will make a very very very tidy profit.
2. New Investors (Spivs) will forward sell their shares as they just want to make a very tidy profit and get out.

I think most of us know which scenario is the truth.

Freddie - you have not got cash at the ready to buy at bottom price. Blatant fib. Blatant ramp. Stop mugging off the innocent. If you had this spare cash you would have invested your cash weeks ago. If i wasn't so far down I would take my pittance out and trade UKOG endlessly like a lot do. The fact is, just like investing, my trading skills are even worse. Good luck to the genuine holders. As for the rest..............

I have the last of my dosh in this, which isn't a lot too be honest compared to some guys here, I know. 30pct down at the mo but strangely have a lot of faith. Learnt a harsh lesson on the Aim casino over the last 3-4 years so this is my last gamble/investment. I've learnt patience is the key if you believe the company is the right one so I will wait. There is so much crap on these boards, the Rampers, worst of all the De-Rampers. People with the money make the money, those with little lose - end-off!! Lets hope. I think we are close. Soon the Rampers who will make a fortune on the spikes will be back - lets' make sure we hammer them down so that other PI's, those with little, don't get conned. It's quite a sick system and I'm sure anyone with an ounce of moral's will agree. Plenty will laugh at this though and be happy to rip off those with little.

As 401 belongs to Valiseek and we have a 55% stake in them, anybody any thoughts on what a 401 deal will actually do for us and the SP. Confusing setup, well it is for me :) . Were do they get their funding from (us) and say they had to go it alone for Phase 3, how would that work. Assume they have private investors to help? There was a comment from mathsprof yesterday that a deal on 401 may not give us any cash. Surely we would be entitled to our fair share. If it's a dumb question I'll put it down to the heat :) Thanks.
