So they have continued to sell since the 18/8 & so further suppressing the SP - however this major seller shareholder now out of the game - so in my opinion very good news going forward. IMO, DYOR etc etc

Spindok - Totally agree 10m MCAP for a mine in its initial production phase with new kit: Crusher that can run 420T p/h, Tables, Spirals etc (OK Jig & Mill not fit for purpose but is being addressed) plus its own on site purpose built water lagoon all of which should be cashflow positive in H1 2021 is as "cheap as chips" & I have recently added.

Well they have only 6 working days left of the 1 month extension to publish the interim results.

Nice tick-up ahead of results - I know I have been busy during lockdown so I suspect SGI also - Some may have discovered the need for a "stay at home" hobby whilst others are looking for alternative investments.

I believe Break-even is 80 - 100 depending upon price - so with a ongoing fettling from Pablo & co increasing the run rate should make Q4 results very interesting. Potentially positive cashflow in H1 2021 = 1p+ (IMO, DYOR etc etc)

Days like today should make people less inclined to try and trade this share. They might just hold for the end reward rather than trying to make a few percent here and there.

Simplistically - when selling your house when do you employ very expensive Solicitors?

I am waiting for the interim results & hopefully some numbers of "bums on seats or infront of PCs etc" - I suspect that following the completion of the audit the value attributed to the Leases within the balance sheet will be amended down hence the companires statement "net assets of the Company will fall below half of the value of the called-up share capital."

You are correct - I have gone through the accounts on Malverns own site which confirms the premises are leased.

In the accounts for y/e 31/12/19 it shows Property, Plant and Equipment 5.28m ?
