On the flip side to many of the negative posts that have appeared on here today - & to be fair - MGC has delivered impressive clinical & preclinical results in areas such as inflammatory diseases, Covid, cognitive disorders & brain cancer. That is really good news for such a small / new company. They clearly have some behind the scenes issues to resolve but as far as the science goes MGC is making significant headway. See below:

* Preliminary results from a pre-clinical in-vitro study into CimetrATM’s method of action in inhibiting cytokine
production indicates that CimetrATM moderates the body’s release of pro-inflammatory cytokine related to
indications such Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory bowel disease, Asthma, Psoriasis and Chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease.
* Commenced CimetrATM Phase IIb Clinical Study to determine the most effective concentrations of the active
ingredients for dosage, and further validate the anti-inflammatory and immune modulating effects of the
product. Completed CogniCann® phase II Clinical Trial on patients with dementia & Alzheimer’s disease
during the year, with trial results demonstrating the ability of CogniCann® to inhibit the deterioration in the
behaviour of patients with dementia.
* Completed Pre-clinical in-vitro Glioblastoma research study, with published final results which demonstrate
that MGC Pharma’s proprietary formulations were cytotoxic to Glioblastoma tumour & stem cells,
reducing the cells’ viability and inducing caspase-dependent cell apoptosis (or cell death).
* Commenced Clinical Study into the efficacy of MGC Pharma’s ArtemiC Support® in improving the functional
status & symptomatology in patients suffering with Long COVID. Positive Study results were published in
July 2022 indicate that ArtemiC Support® is effective in reducing Long COVID symptoms, including Dyspnea,
Cough, Asthenia, Headache and Mental Confusion.
* Construction of Maltese GMP commercial production facility completed, & GMP certification audit
process commenced in Q3 2022.
* MGC Pharma delivers Swiss PharmaCan’s ~A$1,000,000 order of ArtemiCTM in November 2021.
* Record year on year sales of phytocannabinoid products in FY 22, with 17.9K units sold worldwide,
amounting to ~$2.7million in revenues.
*US Sales and Distribution Agreement signed with AMC Holding Inc.
*2022 delivered a year of significant business growth, with strong sales amounting to ~$4.6million for the
Group, being an increase of 56.84% from the previous year. Sales of ArtemiCTM together with the
Company’s phyto-cannabinoid medicine products ($2.7m) drove the major sales growth and record
revenue result for the financial year, and consulting services provided by its wholly owned subsidiaries
MedicaNL and Medicinal Cannabis Clinics (MCC) . The Company also completed or advanced a number of
critical clinical trials during the year as set out in the Review of Operations below, which is evidenced with

Up 51% this afternoon. What we do know is that the Company has recently announced that it received positive laboratory assay results from its first drill programme at the Jacks Copper Project in Zambia, where it has a 90% joint venture interest. I totally agree re Dunrobin plus Chudditch is a "known quantity" to Shell and the wider industry too. Re Greatland timescales - June 2018 to December 2020. A two and a half year investment timescale that saw the share price rise from sub 1p to over 30p. 1p a share initially for Boil is certainly achievable short term and then lets see what happens but it certainly feels reminiscent to the Greatland experience. The breaks appear to be coming off our share price and the buying appetite looks very encouraging....Good luck, Brighty

Yes, that's a super link about Merck and a splendid reminder of how to "up-scale" a takeover deal in our multi billion acquisitive sector. Don't forget that GSK - one of the hot favourites to do a deal for Sareum - has paid, as we know, billions this year too on takeover deals. $2.1 billion for Affinvax with up to $1.2 billion in milestones plus we all know about another of GSK's deals in 2022: Sierra Oncology for $1.9 billion. The huge amounts of money being made by big pharma are starting to trickle down to acquire much smaller breakthrough businesses. Yes, you are quite right. We operate in a multi billion takeover sector and if David Budd and the team at Genedrive get this right - and all the indicators are looking very positive from NICE - we will be valued accordingly for a mega takeover or global licencing deal for our Stroke, AIHL and COVID tests. For those in any doubt about the mega deals that happen in our sector here's a snap shot for you: In May of this year GSK acquired clinical-stage bio company Affinvax for $2.1 billion upfront and up to $1.2 billion in potential development milestones. Yes, you read right....2.1 Billion! The previous month GSK announced it was also buying late stage small pharma, Sierra Oncology, for $1.9 billion. Pfizer has recently announced the $11.6 billion deal for Biohaven. i.e. The massive amounts of money being made by the global pharma sector currently are starting to trickle down to acquire much smaller breakthrough businesses. In summary, they are paying hundreds of millions and in many cases billions to acquire smaller companies. Genedrive will now be on the radars of big pharma co's without a doubt. Good luck, Brighty

BOIL is certainly revving up to be reminiscent of GGP's mega multibag rise from 0.090p a share to over 30p+ a share. i.e. Both Chuditch and Dunrobin present huge potential JV Farm-Ins for BOIL. This is exactly what happened at Greatland when they completed two successful exploration campaigns at Havieron, which resulted in GGP securing a US$65 million Farm-In Agreement with Newcrest and which consequently resulted in the share price soaring.

As BOIL's Chairman recently said on 23rd August: "We believe that Baron is in a strong position to deliver value to shareholders as our two major projects move through key evaluation points at the same time as the oil & gas sector tailwinds of energy security, structural imbalances in LNG, and historically high gas prices are firmly with us. Our strategy remains that of seeking and working up high potential impact exploration and appraisal opportunities at significant equity in proven hydrocarbon basins."

All the signals suggest it finally looks very much like Dunrobin and Chuditch are about to take centre stage. The wait is almost over.....

It's worth pointing out that the global e-games sector is larger than the Hollywood movie & music industries combined, and is one of the fastest growing leisure and entertainment activities in the world. The fact that Microsoft bid £56bn in cash to takeover Activision earlier this year highlights how major consumer focussed tech giants view the industry's longterm prospects and by default GFIN's potential huge value. It's also interesting to note that in our sector Guild Esports (ticker GILD) has gone from a similar price to GFIN of 1.15p in June to 3.20p recently. A similar 100% rise in the GFIN share price - now that the company is moving back in to month to month profitability - looks on the cards. Then we should hit 5p a share before breaking back up to the 20p a share range over the next couple of years. This is one of THE sectors to be invested in and with the amazing clients GFIN has attracted and acquired lately the share price should start to reflect this soon. Good luck, Brighty

The comments from the NICE report on March 29th were really encouraging for GDR. Confirmation in due course of NHS sales will have a significant positive impact for GDR shareholders and crucially provide credibility within the sector. It's worth reminding new and existing investors that GDR's MT-RNR1 is a global sales opportunity not just a UK product. This is the world's first rapid point-of-care test to screen children for a genetic variant that will cause life-long hearing loss. The investment case is pretty compelling when you factor in just how huge this little UK company could be globally. Don't forget that a couple of years ago the GDR share price was x 10 the current SP based on hope. Fast forward 2 years and GDR now has something that the NHS is seriously contemplating rolling out and which could go global. Yes, that purchase of 5 Million shares for £24,000 just now exudes confidence in TOM. If this does pan out as many on here expect then our share price could be back up to where it was when the permit approval for the Utah field test was announced back in July 2019. i.e. over x 10 where we are today at 6p. I agree that we are rapidly approaching the tipping point for Boil shareholders & a significant multi bag opportunity if things happen as many on here expect. With new Business Secretary Jacob Rees-Mogg on the record stating he "Wants to Drill Every Last Drop" from the north sea and that it is "critical to energy strategy" we are on the cusp of an exciting period for BOIL's Dunrobin and Golspie prospects. When you add Chuditch in Timor-Leste to the mix this could see our share price soar with a rumour of a JV at either. Yes, N4P is an investor waiting game, as with some of the other pharma stocks over the last few years. Remember the N4P 12 month high was over 9p and that a x 10 “bagger” only values N4P under £50 million. We operate in a multi billion takeover sector and if Nigel Theobald and the team at N4P get this right N4P will be valued accordingly at very much more than £50 million. When you focus on the humongous amounts of cash being paid by major pharma co's N4P could be in the right space at the right time. Good luck, Brighty

I agree with you. 5p a share looks a real short term possibility with a much higher price in 2023. We will be seeing the encouraging effect of the Megit and Siege acquisitions in the next set of results too. Don't forget that GFIN is guiding investors on a move back to profitability now also. Plus, it's also worth remembering that annualised revenue per unique user grew 31% to 23p and that GFIN has updated the market that it is targeting annual revenue per user of 30p in the short to medium term and 50p in the longer term. Clearly, this will have a positive material impact on the bottom line. I can certainly see GFIN hitting 5p a share this year as you suggest Moneysponge and Patrick and much much higher moving forward. I think you are right about Mobile Streams by the way. We should hear more about the Gov'ts North Sea plans today, which should be good news for Dunrobin . Lobbying is intensifying, according to Bloomberg last night: “We need the new government to rapidly announce the next round of oil and gas exploration licenses and speed up production approvals,” said Mike Tholen, acting chief executive officer of Offshore Energies UK. “Our North Sea reserves mean the UK can protect itself -- provided we invest -- as well as building the low-carbon systems for the future.”

Linking the future of the North Sea to the way out of the current crisis could revive the fossil fuel industry even as the country seeks to transition to clean energy. The lobby group identified £26 billion ($30 billion) of potential investments in the North Sea by the end of the decade that would enable the UK to meet about half its demand for oil and gas from domestic supplies. Without these projects, fuel demand would be met increasingly by imports, the group said.

Spot on. The share price won't be 1.20p for much longer. Gfin was x 5 the current SP under 12 months ago and as we all know Gfin was over 20p five years ago. The opportunities for a major re-rate in the GFIN share price back to previous levels look obvious. In addition to the amazing @MTG_Rocks numbers that Patrick7 refers to I would also point out that the F1 Esports series is also shattering all records. Last year they had 494,000 drivers attempting to qualify for the F1 Esports Series (an increase of 108% from the previous year). The full 2021 series achieved over 23 million views across digital platforms, a 103% year on year increase. This is a huge growth sector. Plus, Gfin says it expects to return month on month profitability moving forward too. Bring on the re-rate to 5p+ and then 20p+... Good luck, Brighty

Whilst the focus is quite rightly on Timor-Leste / Chuditch another factor in a mega multi bag rise here is that new PM Liz Truss is said to be looking to sign off on more oil drilling in the North Sea. This could be very good news for our Dunrobin prospect. What we do know is that Valkor made a presentation to the Board of the Department of Oil Gas and Mining in anticipation of permitting the in situ oil program for Heavy Sweet Oil and Greenfield Energy in Q4 2022 on the 24th of last month. They are looking at progressing this.....

Key messaging: Wireless revenue up 12.0% to £46.6m (H1 2021: £41.6m), driven by GaN sales to Aerospace and Security customers. Given the macro environment globally and the renewed focus on homegrown security products this bodes well for IQE moving forward.

IQE's CEO clearly makes this point today in the RNS: "The importance of compound semiconductors to a series of fundamental mega trends which will shape the global economy is gaining increasing recognition".

With H1 Trading in line with management expectations the turn around at IQE is looking most encouraging.

For those that don't know Janssen Pharmaceuticals is wholly-owned by Top 5 global pharma giant Johnson & Johnson. Interesting to see that they are funding the trial.
