To be fair Clon are in negotiations and would not be in the company’s interest to keep updating/publishing progress. If you were playing a game of poker would you keep telling the rest of the players which cards you had?
If you read the recent RNS’s the status is clear. If you also put all the pieces together then we already know the answers it just a matter of detail. The detail is what will drive the sp as if positive then there will be high demand for the shares. The shares I believe are mostly tightly held and therefore illiquid and when the news becomes public about the status of the deal and details of the licence we will see huge re-rate. This should align nicely with Q2 re-rate in oil sp. IMHO GL

I remember Clon said in RNS that it was a larger area but different coordinates, 400km2 more.

The devil will be in the detail and this is what will drive the sp which goes without saying. There is huge value in a block in the Tano Basin :) GLA

From here it’s looking good, now it is just what the small print states which Stand Hanson no doubt is involved with. How far down the line are they with the negotiation how long will it be for the PA to be ratified. These are the million dollar questions.?

As far as I remember the block one is the same as the pan Andean Tano 2a block lapart from bit missing to the south seawards that is now Springfields and a gain eastwards. A bigger block.

GimmieSunshine it’s good to manage your own expectations but do you really think on ratification, regaledless of the small print, sat in the Tano Basin (a well known sweet spot) will only be worth 15M. I think in reality the value of a share in a Bloch in this geographic location and given what is known about the area the value will be huge. It will attract s lot of interest and demand. NB oil price futures are set for re tears in Q2, drilling for this block could start this year. The stars couldn’t be more perfectly aligned. GLA

At this point Tilburn we just have to keep ears to the ground as to when the ratification occurs. I can’t see this dragging out!!!

Tilburn I am more in the JV side but a buy out is possible of clon rights. If buyout we would be talking hundreds of millions. If JV/farm in by a another we will see real long term value. Any movement now on the ratification side and 100 mill MC would still look cheap. I see this spiking to 20p possibly higher but depends on ratification and any details of deal mho

I think it is more probable that it’s a JV but that is just my opinion. That would be the most lucrative route imho
