Not sure I'd top up now with £23m still required. What sort of discount will be required? You'd hope not that much considering the trial success but its a big risk. I'm sure this will be back over £3 at some point.

200p the is the equivalent of 50p now. We are much further along now and the pharma buzz is huge in the US at the moment. I’m expecting a US announcement fairly soon as per the half yearly report “The Company is in advanced stages of negotiating a collaboration with a USA-based Medical Group”

I’m can easily see this valued at £50m+ / 30p+

The Riverfort facility has been talked down but the terms are not actually that bad. Warrants are only 40%, not the usual 1:1 and priced at a 140% premium. The placing price is at the average of the previous 5 days so mostly undertaken at a premium to the prevailing share price, which has been falling for some time.

I think we will see RF drawdowns until the share price is much higher.

Looks like they’ve picked up a few shares and ready for a proper crack at 7p

Sorry yes I was looking at 12 months. £1.9m of that was R&D, now that both kids have been developed spend there is likely to come down which revenue is increasing so £200k might not be far off the current burn rate.

I don’t think a really bad funding deal is a likely outcome. With cash in hand and at this stage of approvals and rollout we hold all the cards. Worst case we have the rest of the existing facility which is priced at the current share price (5 day average) as we saw yesterday easily absorbed by the market. Someone has to beat that, which means either partnership or a premium placing, either would be great for the share price.

System0 I’m wondering if, with the mini £250k placing already sold into the market and over £1M in the bank, are we now looking at other options such as partnership or licensing. Must be a lot of interested parties out there.

The NICE update was excellent news.

3% dilution at the current share price also good news (certainly not bad news) I’m not sure who thinks this company can operate for free during product development phase but we are now there with the rollout of 2 top level products with global reach.

£1.2m in the bank a month ago and another £250k today means we have by no means run out of money.

If we have £1.5m available at approx par to the current share price then you have to assume if there is more financing while that is still available it would be at a better rate I.e. premium to the current share price.
