The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
As imho option 2 could in fact be 4 years down the line !! As per Denerius website…. :-)
So even without another license ….how would EUZ operate without an income ?
Hi Sheds…I also have trepidation about this….how another exploration is feasible and justifiable right now ….as EUZ will not have funds for another license….unless another cash raise ….are these your thoughts perhaps ?
It’s like being between a rock and a hard place….voting against all resolutions restricts him from raising funds to continue….this action in a way could also imply we are effectively bankrupting the company….not quite sure this is the desired outcome for investors that have been in this a while…..difficult times ahead for sure.
Sheds…whilst you may be technically correct this is not the case on the ground as far as I am aware. Denerius has 3 managing members to EMIs one. They in effect have taken over Toral. I believe EUZ has no further part to play in Toral. You can check with MC. Best D
Yep agree. Pyebridge is the only project in Kibo’s portfolio that is generating revenue. Unfortunately it is being eaten up by the other odd 20 projects that generate zilch income !!!
One swallow does not make a summer LC !!!!
Not as yet Chrisp…I am still trying to understand the Juntas requirements in detail as Dday looms imo. By 31st July they have to have a mining license application in with the Junta.
This should be the primary focus otherwise I am not so sure their exploration license will be renewed. Why are they not telling us about progress on this front as we are almost into March.?
Lols…bidding war ? What for 20% ? Gotta be kidding ….AUCS you must be saddled with the 500000 shares I sold on JSE…..I see you even pushed it up 48% on the JSE today…..I’m afraid you maybe lucky to sell them at 40c per share…..anyways good luck.
In addition, the farm-out agreement with Denarius reduces Europa’s interest in Toral and provides for funds to take it through a definitive study with shareholders retaining a meaningful 20% stake in any upside,
Fair value is estimated at 11.7p/sh by WHI, compared to 3.05p at the last close.
So are they evaluating EUZ at 11.7 p/sh with a 20% ownership or a 100% ownership ?
Anyone care to hazard a guess ?
There’s about 4 lies in the below statement you published yesterday…..you want some more ?
Hardly, Baxi. Along with a few others here who have drunk the Pantheon Kool-Aid, you appear to be totally deluded.
I'll stick around here and watch the inevitable descent to zero. Not short, just find watching you all (in particular the couple of company paid posters) quite amusing.

to potentially introduce an additional revenue stream to its 2.7 MW plastic-to-syngas power plant (the 'Project'), which sits within the 65%-owned Sustineri Energy (Pty) Ltd, following the Company's previous announcement dated 14 February 2022. This potential new revenue stream…….
So potentially this could be a good RNS…..:-)
