It had to do with their supply chain….but while I was listening to it …it looped and I could not get back in. The strange thing is someone posted the link on this BB….I can’t remember who it was but hopefully they will read this and repost or at least confirm it was deleted.

Why Pantheon Said “Farm-In”

Pantheon’s Position: In their recent RNS, Pantheon described themselves as farming in because they are the party entering into another company’s acreage or project.

Perspective Matters: The same transaction can be described as a farm-out by the seller and a farm-in by the buyer. Pantheon chose the wording that reflects their role as the acquirer.

Investor Clarity: Using “farm-in” emphasizes that Pantheon is expanding its portfolio and gaining new opportunities, rather than divesting assets. This signals growth and strategic expansion to shareholders.

Couldn’t resist….you know how stupid they must be to say they are invested here and continuously predict that PANR will fail? Fook….they have just reached the height of ignorance imho….

Well lads, let’s clear this up before you sprain something:

It’s not geology, it’s engineering. The CEO has said it repeatedly — the oil is there, the challenge is the how, not the if.

3D seismic experts are on the case. A third‑party team is literally mapping out the sweet spots in Kodiak farm. Think of it as Google Maps for oil wells.

Active farm talks are underway. Yes, actual negotiations. Not imaginary ones, not pub gossip — real discussions.

So here’s the punchline: if you don’t believe it will succeed, why cling to your shares like a toddler with a teddy bear? Sell them, move on, and let the grown‑ups handle the engineering.

Meanwhile, the rest of us will be waiting for the oil to flow — and for Baron and Tony to finally find a new hobby. Maybe knitting? At least then they’d be pulling something out of the ground… wool.

I found a question here from Allan S, wherever you are. Thank you. Question for our new Chair. Knowing what you know now, if the investment case was put to you today on this company, would you see huge value at acquiring shares today at 11.5p?

The answer is yes, I would. I mean, believe you me, as I said, I have got a lot of shares and the share prices have risen to 11.5p today. That's probably why you put in that price. My job is not done yet for what I'm hoping to be able to achieve here. So I'm not saying this is going to be a quick journey or a long journey, but I tell you what, I'm determined to really try and unlock some of the values that have so far not been properly captured by the marketplace in our company. It's been a difficult journey. I'm going to hopefully make it a bit more comfortable for us going forward.

I accept that…this may be the case….why did the last RNS say farm in ?

Following the AGM, the Company will be hosting a separate investor webinar on the Investor Meet Company Platform at 4:00 pm GMT. Given today's Board changes, the Company will no longer be conducting a shareholder presentation. Instead, incoming Chairman, Michael Spencer, and CEO, Max Easley, will provide a brief operating update and provide shareholders with the opportunity to ask questions. The operating update will confirm that during the period when farm in discussions are in progress, with a number of companies actively engaged in the Company's data room at present, no further material well operations will be conducted. On this basis, available funds are sufficient for the remainder of calendar year 2026. Pantheon will provide subsequent updates to shareholders on its progress later in the year.

In my eyes PANR are expanding their portfolio….hence my issue with so called experts calling it a farm out. Put that in your pipe and smoke it .

Tony… after extensive research, consultations with mystics, and a brief chat with a scarecrow, I can confirm: yes. Pressure build-up test results are absolutely dependent on whether it’s a farm-in or farm-out. In fact, the molecules themselves hold a union meeting to decide which way to behave. So before you splash out on more shares, just remember: it’s not geology, it’s agriculture!

Leeusteek…. Well, mark the calendars and alert the historians—after all our spirited debates, I find myself nodding along with you this time. I suppose even broken clocks and stubborn posters like me can be right twice a day! If Pantheon’s engineers can measure pressure build-up, then surely the seismic shock of me agreeing with you deserves its own test data. Let’s just hope the reservoir of our future disagreements doesn’t deplete too quickly, because I’ve grown oddly fond of them. GL

There's a question that caught my eye. Simon. Do you have a near-term aim for recovery of the share price? Simon, no. I don't really -- I mean, I -- obviously, I ran ICAP as a public company for 20 years, the same firm. And I always took the view that if you ran the company well and did your job properly, that the share price would behave accordingly. And I'm pleased to say that, that strategy worked out very well for me in the long run. So I'm focusing on my job. And my job at the moment is to work with Max on our partners -- not our partners, our participants in the data room to see if we can, with one of them, perhaps more than one, do a deal that will really light our fire. And that is what we are doing now.

And in the meantime, we are holding back on expending money on any other stuff. So you asked questions about, are we going to be releasing pressure data on Dubhe and things like that? The answer is, no. That is not where we -- that's not -- this is a military campaign. Focus your forces on what you are trying to achieve, and that is our priority, and we were going to stick with our priorities.

Okay. Here's a couple of technical ones. Will you be releasing the pressure buildup data at Dubhe? And any news on Dubhe pressure test results in core?

As I mentioned, we're looking at -- that's one of the satellites. So we're looking at all these satellites very carefully. As Erich communicated earlier, we proactively put that gauge in the well, knowing we want to do a pressure buildup. You have to run wireline to retrieve it. So that pressure is building up. The data is being gathered. In due course, we'll run wireline to gather that data. But it's premature at this point because we want to -- will have to be shut in longer to get the data. But as we mentioned a few minutes ago, we won't be doing any well operations at the moment. But once we do gather that data and how that informs our overall appraisal program, we'll be communicating that in due course.

You are so wrong Mr Baron. The fact is is….

In Pantheon Resources’ update, “farm in” means other companies are negotiating to buy into Pantheon’s oil and gas projects, whereas “farm out” would mean Pantheon is giving away part of its interest.

Where are the so called self appointed policeman on this BB who always wanted facts !! Not opinions or blatant lies that you are posting.
