Thanks Brombard….I checked the RNS from 22nd July and found the below so it seems like announcement only after drilling is completed :-)

Dubhe-1 will target the topset horizon (SMD-B) as the primary target, appraising an already discovered resource. The well is also designed to encounter three additional exploration horizons (Prince Creek, SMD-C and the Slope Fan System), none of which have any resource estimate attributed to them at the present time, but offer additional upside potential if successful.

Initial results from the well will be announced when drilling operations are complete.

Seems like by default it will be drilled as per page 15 on investor presentation.

4 Zones

First zone they will hit is Lower Prince creek.

Then SMDB.

Then SMDC.

Then slopefan.

Hopefully they will report on SMDB first as imo….it is the priority.

Well Brombard….Business priority unfortunately dictates nowadays….here is my take on it fwiw.

The Gas Sales Precedent Agreement with AGDC in June 24. They both committed to finalizing the Gas Sales agreement by End June 2025…..it is now almost end July ….I would imagine the known resources would be tackled first don’t you think? My opinion only….appreciate others :-)

The business case is already in place quite frankly don’t know why they are bothering with exploration now when this can be done at a later stage once they are earning from production…..I suspect this is Marmaris and Seahawks gripe as well….its also mine but hey…they already committed to it as part of the handover but I do agree shareholders on here have already paid for the exploration !! This Management team will deliver imo….Development and Production only please :-)

I agree Stas20….The Business case imho has already been justified with what they have already on the table, also bearing in mind for Gas Sales agreement to be put in place…Dubhe is an Appraisal well and baring a complete disaster from a drilling perspective which I honestly doubt with this management team in place plus the 14 Binding deals for the supply of low carbon dioxide gas already in place I expect Dubhe show and tell honestly to be a formality and business as usual.

The EU also agreed to purchase $750 billion worth of U.S. energy and invest an additional $600 billion worth of investments into the U.S. above current levels.

Awesome news for PANR…..now Dubhe just needs to show and tell and PANR can finalize the Gas agreement. :-)

I fully agree with your thoughts Stas….what people also need to understand is we now have a Development/ Production Management team in place and I think they will really make the difference !!! This is in effect their first assignment for Pantheon and let’s give them a chance !!!

Seahawk and Marmaris….you both should get over Megrez…as explained by the management team…It was an Exploration well….. The fact that they chose to drill another exploration well is another story…but I have accepted their explanation and you two should as well….pointless honestly living in the past when the future has so much more and we are now on the development rather than exploration side :-)

Looks like he is on another exploration trip……he somehow manages to disappear at the most inappropriate of moments…..

Any man worth his salt will at least try to reconcile with shareholders….he has not got the guts to do this as he knows he has sold us down the river!!!

PANR offers high upside but comes with significant risk due to its speculative nature and funding needs. TXP, while smaller, is generating revenue and has a more stable operational base. If you're seeking growth and can stomach volatility, PANR might appeal. If you prefer steady performance with less risk, TXP could be the better buy.

Either that or the shorters have realized they are in the last chance saloon….this is honestly a once in a lifetime opportunity for anyone having a risk appetite ….Im talking 10 bagger here minimum.

The precise structure and timing are subject to the counsel of expert advisors retained by Pantheon but the underlying work to ensure readiness to capture the optimum market window is being done, with a high level target of late 2025 to early 2026.

What will happen to Pantheon shares held on AIM following a US listing?

The Company has consistently said that it will seek to achieve the optimum outcome for its current shareholders and that means the owners of the shares listed on London’s AIM. Holders of PTHRF are, in fact the owners of AIM shares through the trustees that commit to hold a share of Pantheon Common Stock for each PTHRF unit held. A US listing will not mean the immediate cancellation of the UK listing because that would not benefit shareholders that are unable to hold a NASDAQ or NYSE listed share.
