Unlike a few posters who publish garbage on this BB and hide behind aliases I will be attending the meeting on the 15th. Also FWIW I have tabled the below with Dan and asked him to get LR to respond at the meeting. I suggest you do the same so as he can prepare himself. All the best and GL.
Questions for the Europa Metals Board.
1. Deutsche Balaton are effectively having a free ride as a so called “strategic investor”.Why were there no restrictions placed on their warrants when they were issued and why not considering to do so now ? Can we not learn from this bit of underhandedness on their part ?
2. MM’s Peel and Hunt are MM for Lundin as well. Are the board aware of this ? If yes and Lundin are the JV partner what are they doing about it ?
3. The share consolidation is a great idea and should have been completed long ago. Why did it take the BOD so long to make this decision. Why did it take them so long to understand the volatility this creates on the SP?
4. NDA’s are nowadays a course of business…. why is it a secret not to know who we have NDA’s with? We are not interested in the content of the NDA itself, surely shareholders are entitled to know who we have NDA’s with.? Similarly access to our data room? why don’t we as shareholders know who has been granted access to our data room? That’s all just who has access….not what their purpose is for being given access….In addition this can be RNS’d in a way that does not disclose purpose.
5. Shareholders need a complete organogram of the organization and who does what. Seems very unclear as to exactly how many people actually work at EUZ.
6. I have no issue with recent interviews where the stance of LR is under promise and over deliver…From an operational standpoint all seems like its going to plan….but can the plan be shared ? This can be presented in power point format and put on the website

Everyone seems to be on at LR....seems like the market analysts doubt AMSs Scoping study which gave an NPV of $110m about two years ago,,,,about 6 months ago TP give us a SP value of 0.007 something.....so what’s gone wrong since then ? Consolidation RNS ? Kidding me.....think about ladies and gents....the asset has been even more proven....people are being suckered into all this LR crap...he isn’t a market analyst and quite frankly nor am I but I certainly am a Business analyst.imo gla

There were definitely 4 trades listed here yesterday. I notice today only 1 trade remains from yesterday .....not good imo.

Well we both have our views... fortunately. GL. From my side I was naive ...thought I had invested in a mining company which FCR was in those days....ended up being an exploration company....hopefully a mining company again soon.

Bobby...we both know we both bought at the wrong time not understanding the mining development life cycle. I have far more knowledge today than a year 2, 3 or 4 years ago. Some people understood the life cycle better than us. We can’t blame LR for this. I look in the mirror every day .....and would rather blame myself than blame LR for my lack of understanding at the time. Best to you Bobby and good luck.

And BTW if you think that LR has not got the share holders interests at heart...you should sell up immediately ....as imo he is doing the right things to bring value to the share holders ....I know it has taken a long time but moving from exploration to exploitation is a huge step and the value imo will be shown in the SP in the not to distant future. GLA.

Exactly Bobby....so start connecting the dots....LR has alluded to EU grants in his presentation...as well as clearly saying he will not put up a for sale notice...but if the right buyer made the right offer it would be considered as well as a possible JV as well as going it alone.....so all goodly imo....wait for the RNS. GLA

And look at page 20.....exactly what EUZ is doing.....hence the Mets being so important !!

As far as dilution goes as far as I am aware Europa Metals Iberica is a member of Euromines and will be in line for any grants imo. This presentation goes back to 2015 but if you go through it you will see how far they have advanced in the last 5 years by streamlining some of the processes. Together with the current state of the economy in Spain and the urgency to correct this anomaly don’t discount the option of grants being given to EUZ to take this to a mine. IMO.GLA

The ore sorting is under an NDA Sheds imo...the problem is if we knew who the NDAs were signed with we would know immediately who the JV partner assuming of course we go down this route...would be.. I am sure you have worked out where the closest smelters are....GL and good to see you back again.

Now who in their right mind would pay to stand still...One can do that free of charge...I bet Hussain Bolt doesn’t get paid to stand still....GLA

Thanks zig for the response...all I am saying is if you are so sure its going to drop 25% after consolidation why on earth buy now ? Makes no sense to me. Im invested on JSE ...its at 1c now which is equivalent of 0.0005 on LSE. No ways will I buy now on the JSE ....after consolidation....definitely. But on LSE ....to buy now at these bargain prices.....is a good idea I feel. Horses for courses I guess...GLA.

So Ziquerette and Bobby....If I understand you correctly everyone should sell a quarter of their shares now ?

Yep..these risks need to be managed....The mining license is the "golden ticket" that they are working towards and this process is one of the streams in the current workflow. We have been told by LR that anti dilutionary measures will be implemented...so awaiting news on this front. I suspect it will be a rights issue when further funding is required....The derampers are here for sure....read this BB and make up your own mind. But if you are waiting for the mining license to buy back in ....that may be a bit late don't you think ? A bit like betting on a horse after the race ?
