The more I have watched the interview and our discussion on Friday..the more I am convinced it could be a 3 way JV....ie Gov,Major and EUZ.
This makes perfect sense then to get a exploration license for EUZ....as the Newco will be mining under the mining license.
EUZ will continue as an exploration company- proving up the Cu (which imo will not be part of the deal) ....There will be some type of tradeoff in terms of shareholdings allocated to EUZ shareholders in the Newco and in EUZ respectively....this is a complex exercise I believe and hence why he cannot say anything at this stage.
I think a lot of people are going to be caught with their pants down when the RNS on the 'deal/ cost savings" eventually lands.....

I noticed that as well...this raises a question....if a buyer wants say 10% of the company ...at what point is the TR1 issued ? Only once the broker has reached the 10% ?

IMO...definitely something in the pipeline...the fact that we have re-applied for an investigation permit for EUZ tells me that the mining license already applied for will be issued in "newco" name...ie the name euz and jv partner will be using.
This new license no doubt will be used to beef up the Cu resource. Unless its a belts and braces approach to mitigating the risk of the mining license somehow being delayed...which I doubt otherwise that would have been RNS'd. All thoughts welcome...very interesting development though.

The wall will only be completed once all the bricks have been layed...which imo are the recommendations stipulated by AMS in the SS....DYOR.

How many bricks does it take to build a wall ? If you look at the SS and see the recommendations made by AMS you will find the following:

EUZ are implementing every single recommendation. Once these are completed expect an RNS...
The process EUZ are currently following maps exactly to the recommendations...

Furthermore to the nay sayers who do still not appear to understand the mining DLC...if you only read the recommendations made by AMS a trusted 3rd party and the btw I take their word before yours....you will understand that not only are our BOD “ doing the right things”.....they are doing it right....
And one last point.....when we get the mining license...not if....a sale then will be 2nd prize imo....GLA.DYOR

Good luck to you and the many others who are selling ...If there is no news to RNS...there is nothing to RNS imo. I sincerely believe the BOD is negotiating the best deal as if it was just a cost cutting RNS on salaries it would have been announced long ago...Also any deal will involve multiple players from a legal as well as Corporate Governance perspective...this does take time and can drag on for months..especially if there is more than 1 bidder which hopefully is so in our case. IMO. GLA

The only reason is I forget sometimes....it’s buy at .the moment and only my opinion....it was strong buy previously as I honestly thought we have invested in a mine.....now it seems we have invested in an asset that is on the verge of being sold....hence only buy. My preference would have been to take it to production. Trust this clarifies.

I’m happy guys like that are around....reaffirmation of why I am here sometimes is good soul food...we need a lot of that nowadays with the fear mongering that some people thrive on. For the life of me I don’t quite understand it...but needless to say people who question a lot are normally highly intelligent but some of these guys are real plonkers ....using outdated techniques to steal from the naive.IMO
