NAMA owned license for 2010-2015. RRR paid all exploration expenses 2011 season for 20% of license. Results made it worth RRR to pay all exploration expenses for 2012 to get 60%. A JORC was obtained. $6m cash obtained by RRR SELLING 0.75% royalty for JUPITERS Mt IDA,($8m still owing to RRR subject to Mt Ida going into production) went towards explor. costs. Then an offer to take 50% MB license was made by East European Oligarch of $20m + $2m towards further exploration. Deal never completed as Fe ore crashed in price from ca. $150pt to <$50pt. NAMA tried to sell it's 40% MB. I am not sure if they ever did. License allowed to lapse. Now ALBA has bought it ..Connection ALBA AND RRR? A one time RRR board member is CEO/chairman of ALBA.

Zumore, You make sense wrt YA being repaid by Steelmin as a back to back loan. Yet. one must forget that as each month passes RRR have a bigger ownership of whole plant infrastructure. And in addition JMS have announced that they are going to relist on ASX. This will immediately put a liquid value on RRR's stake. Which at mo looks to be considerably higher than YA loan still outstanding. (2 x $0.5m instalments paid to date). As price of Mn is now on a upward trend.http://www.jupitermines.com/

Almost certainly left company as CEO. Clue? Noticed that recent RNS's do not include his name, when at the end of every RNS reads "For further information visit www.northcoteenergy.com or contact the following"................... That said if no longer a director he can sell. But as a "substantial" shareholder > 3% he must inform co. and RNS generated titled "Holdings in Company".

Dummy buys/sells. my dealer LLoyds will only let me buy 25,000shares. But will allow me to SELL 375,000. HOLD ON. tHE mm'S WANT YOUR SHARES BIG TIME.

I ageee with you. I deal with LLoyds, All day max buy 150,000 ca. £10.5k, but max sell always higher at 250,0000 to 375,000. This remains true, even overnight at a max buy of 100,000 and a max sell of 325,000. The MM's do indicate they want your shares. I have seen this many times ( in other shares e.d CNR ) after a short sharp surge in share price then a slow retrace for MM to pick up "cheap" shares. So when their share coffers are full again, quick rise to encourage buying at a higher price. And all this WITHOUT any new RNS' . As we can expect a postive one any day (this month) this , I believe much undervalued share will only go North.
