Zumore you said El Limon was "pretty disastrous" for PI's. Recently on twitter AB has said that overall losses will be minimal once ca. $3m royalty fully paid. That said PARA (new owner of El Limon) is racking up gold production. To quote part of PARA report "The company has invested $7 million at El Limon and commissioned a rebuilt mill in November. After producing 253 ounces in December and 437 ounces in January, Para Resources plans to get the mill up to nameplate capacity of 1,200 ounces/month by June. Breakeven is at $400/oz" Current price ca. $1300+. I have reason to believe that the initial loan to Steelmin , is NOT TOMORROW. 21st Feb , BUT Friday 23, before RRR employ penalty charges, for another 8months. Why ? To quote RNS 8 Sept. "Under the terms of the Loan, an 8 month secured loan note of �3,874,560, announced on 23 June 2017" note the 23rd, not 21st.

Well at least AB got this investment right, by selling the lot , with a handsome profit. UKOG down today of 37.5% With SP of 1.8p, AB sold at average of ca. 7p.

To confirm this, no matter how much more of Steelmin's share capital is pledged, OF THE 100%, RRR would still retain the same % proportion. In contrast to when e.g. RRR issues fresh equity to raised by issuing more shares.So a investors stake will drop proportionately.

We have further assets, each of which may yield further opportunities for gain: of these perhaps Kenya is first in line.

Having sold 0.75% to ANGLO PACIFIC for $14m in May 2012. $6 cash, (used to part fund Greenland MB ) and remaining $8m following a DFS and pre-prod & a formal declaration to start mining. SO $64m dollar question, is how much is the remaining 0.75% worth on top of the guaranteed $8m still owed to RRR.
