Hi Purdey, Not too sure a clause between RF / Hellenic will matter once the Official Receiver or who ever is in charge of the bankrupt proceedings start the actual winding down of the company imo , im not an expert on these matters but out of histories its always the shareholder who seems to loose out,,,i think we find out in the next couple of days who will be in charge of the proceedings

I am surprised Riverfort has let it get this far tbh, wonder how much they stand to loose if / when things go bust, maybe some sort of ' Bridging loan ' ect ect ,,,,,Jennings is a big investor i Believe but not sure if he can do anything atm

Word on the Grapevine is there were Funders ready to Fund but the court actions put a stop to that

Hi Surfie, not to sure its every week he come's on tbh but i get the jist of what you say. If the stock ever reaches the highs of say £1.12 ish one would maybe look for a sale and take a loss ( directed at WBAFC ) big loss tho

There hasn't veen a business plan for the last 4 years or so i believe, this is turning into a life style company , never has so much been promised by so few and not delivered, £12 - 40p read that slowly

The ambitions went out the window when the likes of people were given Golden handouts worth £8 Million . Why has One single Director bought any shares in the last 3 years ? They dont need Shareholders and probably always thought shareholders were a hinderance and just in it for the ahort haul ( to which can be said they were right ) i have looked back to when this SP was £12 !!!!!!,,,its either incompitence , arrogance or just plain stupidity by SNR Management to where this company is now

The share price may be on the rise and so is the r acism on here if you cant cope or dont like what this WBAFC poster is saying just ignore he / she is obv living in your heads , i have looked at NCYT Share Price and company over the last 3 years and tbh all of what WBAFC has said and is saying is all true

I just look to where the company started and where the SP got to to where it is now, no hidden agenda just perplexed thats all

2 reasonable arguments by Tracelcard & Gatekeeper, who tells the best story ? And who will shareholders believe ? There is Much A Do About Notthing , whichever story has been told the best its a long long way from the IPO of 10p and the pumped highs of 20p maybe a name change to Second Class Metals may be on the way

No never bought in at the IPO stage although tbf i was tempted round about 4p ish as i thought it could bounce glad i didnt , i just see it as a shame about recent events and it has a long long way to go back up nearly 200% just to get back to 2p
