My guess (and it is a guess as I have no knowledge of drilling other than what I have gleaned on here) is that the decision would have been made based on likelihood of success (dealing with the shale) versus the cost of a complete new well. I therefore would assume that confidence levels on "dealing with it in short order" were very high.

Most company success is down to the people. There is a wealth of experience in this team, and even when the cat talks about DM 'failing' at HE1, do we not learn more from failing? (ask Branson but I doubt the cat has read his book).

I have always backed the people in my investments. GLA and just my opinion of course.

HE1 have approval for five sites in the US this morning in their RNS so might see a bit of activity over there today. Unlike the cretinous cat, I would wish all over there well (no pun intended lol).

It's not a competition, world demand for both Helium and Hydrogen is going to far exceed supply, a point that the moggy seems to ignore.

Too early BB for an RNS (in my opinion) but maybe a tweet around lunchtime? An RNS this soon would possibly be bad news...............as several posters have suggested, no news is good news this week. AIMO of course.

Great little tick up at the close today and probably due to sellers being cleared as the sp has been a little sideways for the last few days.

I did try to be realistic in my monster post this morning and consider both the up and down sides…….. but I must admit that re-watching the investor presentation to check a few facts has got me excited. I love the way that they pulled a couple of Bo quotes out on the twitter feed as well.

had an idle look at the he1 board this morning and it's an angry and sad little *****. full of vitriol, snide comments and derogatory remarks about everyone else. a bit sad really.
