"Global stocks drop as inflation fears rattle investors
Asia-Pacific and European shares fall as sharp price rises stoke concerns over economic recovery"
A nice comment to the above (today's news)
"If inflation causes a currency to weaken, investor wealth is better protected by holding a stake in well managed companies, where increased input costs can be recovered from higher prices. By owning a piece of a company (shares), investor wealth should be better protected v/s holding weakening cash. This should work for long term investors.
For traders of course, the approach would be to sell in a declining market to re-enter at lower levels.
As an asset to hold, I believe shares beat cash in the long term"
I personally will keep buying shares on the low and hold them for at least a year.....that's my humble opinion....
Good luck guys!
