Had a little top up at the bell today (26k). My total holding is now above 200k. I will be looking to increase further on any weakness below 12p. This is one of those rare companies listed on AIM that won't keep you awake at night.

"If President can work out how to extract that oil then the reserves go up from 25 MMboe to 965 MMboe. That's a big jump!" It does not work like that I am afraid! :)

At present we know that PF is kicking out 1700 BOPD. The last update we had on PG was 800 BOPD but as no recent workovers have been performed its fair to assume that is down to 700 BOPD by now. Therefore we are currently running at 2300 BOPD. I too think the 2600 BOPD company target will be surpassed. I think 3000 BOPD yearly average with an end rate of 3500 BOPD is possible.

I think you are getting carried away there unless oil goes through $100 WTI price. Even then PPC would need to be kicking out 5000 BOPD to justify anything like a �1b market cap. I am targeting 25p by end of year based on operations in Argentina. Paraguay is an unknown and hard to value. We know PPC are looking to farm out ~50% for $25m so based on that we can assume PPC value the asset at $50m.

30p (�35m mkt cap) would only value the P2 reserves (16m BOE) at �2.18 ($3) per barrel. I am looking for 30p - 40p by end of year if they achieve 2200 BOPD. Most companies purchase proven reserves for $4 - $8/ barrel. TXP is still relatively new to AIM and under the radar.

Canadian broker Mackie is keen on Touchstone - in a Q4/2017 Note: Mackie analyst Bill Newman said that Touchstone's production base was derived from several large oil-in-place legacy fields that were underdeveloped. "The oil is characterized by stable low-decline, long-life production that requires minimal capital to maintain." �Touchstone currently produces about 1,500 bbl/d of a medium to light grade crude oil from about 11 oil fields in Trinidad." �Most of the fields are very large and have been producing for decades but have only recovered 2% to 13% of the original oil in place." �Touchstone has booked a total of 78 development locations and 122 recompletion candidates providing years of low risk drilling and recompletion opportunities." If TXP deliver their 2,250 bopd production target in 2018 and oil stabilises in the $60 - $70 range(Opec's preferred price range to minimise the market impact of the US shale producers, most of whom are heavily indebted), then a valuation of circa �35m(s/p 30p) by Q4/2018 should be an achievable and realistic target - particularly since the first 4 wells of the 10 well programme in 2018 will see them complete the commitment drilling, freeing management to move around the blocks to target the locations previous exploration and development drilling and associated technical analysis suggests holds the highest potential.

President Energy President announces this morning successful completion of workovers of the third and fourth wells at the Puesto Flores field which have ended ahead of time and below budget with payback of the entire four well programme in less than three months. Part of the plan of the acquisition of this acreage was to test previously untested intervals and here they came in in each well �substantially� ahead of expectations. When these wells stabilise the field is expected to be producing 1,700 b/d already significantly up since the campaign started. Unsurprisingly this means that cash flow and margins are substantially ahead of pre-acquisition expectations with January bringing in net sales of $4.5m. Accordingly plans for the rest of the year in the Neuqu�n Basin have been expanded to include testing of the Estancia Vieja field and workovers at Puesto Flores as well as a new drilling campaign in the second half of the year. All this capex is fully funded from existing cash resources and cash flow.
