Looks like they didn't have much trouble shifting the first batch of Vega tokens. $5 tokens sold out from the 1am UK time release. Next batch of 1.6m released at 6pm UK time. Will be interesting to see how quickly they go.
Final batch at $15 released at 1am tomorrow morning.

Thanks ratherbelucky, so there was still around 4,000 machines due from the 10k after the Feb machines came on line. Odd they didn’t comment in the outlook part of the annual results announcement. So an RNS confirming they’re coming on stream soon would be further good news!
Don't know about stamps, I'm still collecting shares! Hoping the 60k picked up at 6.86 will prove to be the bottom but then thought that at 7.4/7.5p, 8.5p, 9.8p etc etc. Buying been ok since the placement news so hopefully they know there is news coming along soon which will push the price up to 15p+ for their warrants to be worth something.
I suspect that the pattern we’re seeing here merely reflects the underlying volatility of crypto assets. When prices are flying KR1 is likely to trade at a discount to NAV, on the expectation of a pull back, when prices are crashing it will trade at a premium to NAV, on the expectation of a recovery.
For an investor this seems a logical position rather than expecting the share price to track NAV all the time.
As an aside I also wonder what they will have done with the c£5mn of staking revenue they probably have had in the last 3 months. We have no idea whether they’ve converted to cash or held the tokens to increase their Hodl of certain assets that no one outside the company will be aware of until an RNS.
Overall DOT has held up well over the last week and KSM is doing very well in the face of BTC sell off. No need to worry about short term fluctuations. Defi and web 3 remain strong future plays.
Marc, I agree with points made on holding in ISA/SIPP for tax benefits plus you need to not only know which coins to buy but the thing with KR1 is they get it at the base and you can enjoy the massive gains before the coins even get in to public hands, ICP being the latest great example. You also need to take a view on whether you will hold and get the 10-20% staking yield.
Like most things with investing, if you do your research and actively manage then money in both may be your answer!
You can upload and release an RNS at pretty much any time. My company tends to load them in to the system the night before but plenty of times we’ve done it the same morning. It might just be that it goes out at 7.02 rather than 7.00.
My only guess on the timing is auditors or BOD have picked up the issue in signing off year end accounts etc which are due soon or if not perhaps they have been looking at an official listing in the US OTC and so had to deal with this now. No idea really though
How many BTC and ETH do you have KR1 holding? From the info I've seen around twitter or on boards the general view has been 134 BTC and 4,357 ETH.
If you have any links to show different amounts it would be appreciated.
All of that said, with staking revenue included too I'm now at £2.18 NAV so at a share price of £1.82 there is still a fair discount.
