From poly telegram thanks to Simon
Hope this is help for others
“A share certificate simply shows who the owner of a share is. That information is stored on a share register which shows who all the owners of the shares are, their personal details and how they'd like to be paid dividends.
The register for poly is currently held by computershare but is going to move to AIX registrar.
If you hold shares via a broker in a nominee account, then their details are on the register not yours and they act on your behalf.
If you have your shares issued as 'paper' (materialised) by your broker, your details are put directly on the share register and your broker no longer represents you for these shares.
When the register moves from computershare (LSE) to AIX then all the details held on the register at that time will automatically move to AIX registrar.
If your details move over and are on the register at AIX, then you can use Tabys to change your dividend payment details and vote. You cannot buy or sell shares through Tabys
Firstly, you need a unique access code to register in the application.
To get the code, please send the following details to
redom@polymetalinternational.co
m with the subject "Tabys access code request".
