[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these as a snack to have with my afternoon cup of coffee. These have a nice lemon flavor, solid but light cake and not too sweet lemon filling and icing. Not a big fan of the over packaging, but it did keep the cake moist and was good for portion control. A great snack to add to a packed lunch for adults or kids.

production costs to factor in I am struggling to place

But when I have been out and about I noticed my local Aldi has a much bigger range of Mr Kipling
than previously and I asked the guy filling the shelves how they were selling, he said very well .
So we need to figure out the sales of the frozen pizza bases and flour etc

Meanwhile in the USA they are selling our products in Target which is much more widespread/ customer base than before
