Oak, worth clarifying that the question was directly related to the UK and NHS. This is why I thought his answer was more about justifying why the UK hadn't supported SNG more - I fully agree with Matterhorn's assessment that what he was saying about NTT was quite positive for SNG, they have identified the cohort patients where the number of treatments given Vs the number of lives saved and/or shortened hospital stays offers value for money

Most of that answer was justification for not including SNG in the recovery trial wasn't it?

His answer should inform you of why SNG has gone stateside, further it shows why SNG have targeted hospitalized, breathless patients.

I am of the belief that the company would have given itself at least 48 hours before sending the RNS on last patient recruited, which I believe would put SSH's interview bang on 35 days after markets closed on the 13th of Dec, with RMs 2 days later on the 15th.

Either way, I think it's fair to say these were timed to match when the market expected the company would have sight of the results and were meant to both send a signal and kick off the post results phase of marketing/Comms from the company.

I mentioned this a few weeks back and Welsh falcon rightfully pointed out that the company should be focusing absolutely everything on results and commercialisation.

That said, if they genuinely do want to go it alone, boosting the mcap as high as possible would certainly be a shrewd move and given size and risk appetite of the American PI market, could help keep the big pharma wolf from the door while scaling the business.

It's a flu + covid vaccine in pill form that's completed animal trials. Not even in phase 1 human trials. Smh.

Indulging in a bit for fantasy, it would be lovely if BJ got the sack over the weekend and results dropped on Monday.

My only worry about SNGs press release getting gazumped by events would be a Russian invasion of Ukraine on the same day. Even still, 'a cure for covid' is a hell of a news story.

A brief comment on JVT, witty, et al

I have it from a very trustworthy and knowledgeable source that these high profile folks have found the government and its decisions absolutely abhorrent, and the only reason they have stuck around (or only just left in JVTs case) was a sense of duty and the ability to at least influence govt policy rather than resigning and being replaced with a yes-man/woman.

To be clear I am not trying to link this to Synairgen's travails w the UK govt, but thought it was with mentioning in the wider convo. What we see in public can be so far from what is actually happening....

SYGGF has had 5-10 times the AVG daily volume every day this week...
