Ok, I have just moved from HL to iI and received my divi in the morning of the 28th. I then used the divi to buy more shares. I then noticed that iI had paid the divi into a $ cash account not my £ cash account , I then had to use their exchange system to move the $$ to ££. On this occasion I ended with 48p more than expected in the divi. When I was with HL my divi's were always paid in GBP so never thought it would be different with iI

I recently moved from HL to iI, HL gave a good service (normally) but are not cheap, I only have £120k invested in a SIPP so moving to iI has ended up being much cheaper and once you get used to the different interface it is just as good. My divi from DEC arrived on the 28th at 10:43am

I'm with iI, my divi just arrived, I have immediately purchased more shares at £9.02

OK, so London closed with an SP of £10.00, New York closed at $12.29 (about £10.50), shouldn't London open at £10.50 or do the 2 listings never relate to each other, one company with 2 SP's?

When will DEC see sense and ditch the London listing, at the moment (16:10 UK time) the Price on the NYSE is $12.65 (£10.01) and the price on the LSE is £9.785. We have a share that is pushed up in the US and then sold in the UK

I hold my shares in a SIPP with HL, no WHT, no currency conversion charge either.

I know how you feel, I'm with HL, they re-invest free of charge but only do it in a window between the 11th to the 16th of every month. My dividend which arrived on the 2nd is sat waiting to be used on the 11th. If I decide to re-invest it myself I get charged £11.95, I try to make a decision on where I think the share price is going before either buying myself or letting HL buy for me

I hold DEC shares with HL in a SIPP, no tax is paid, I roll every Dividend back into shares

I see DEC closed at $16.20 (£12.73), do we think the US market will pull the LSE price up?

Can anyone explain why the DEC share price on the NYSE is higher than the DEC price in London?

Apparently the listing will be on the NYSE, this was from Doug Kris at Diversified

'We anticipate trading to commence in the next week or so. Unfortunately, Government entities tend to work at a snails pace, especially around the holidays. The symbol on the NYSE will be “DEC”.

I topped up my shares last Monday, bought 5,300 at 63.95p and today they closed at 1294.4p (64.72p divided by 20). Still as cheap as chips but like everyone I'm hoping the listing on the NYSE next Monday will drive the price up.

I did read that the company are looking for a price around the $20 mark which would give a GBP of around 1605p

Whenever I get an email from HL about "How are we doing", I always mention that their trading fees are too high

I use HL but have my shares in a SIPP, in the last 3 dividends I have paid no tax. I assume I will pay the standard 20% when I take money out of the SIPP

Does anyone know what number of shares will be used for the next dividend, will they use todays numbers or the numbers after the consolidation, obviously the dividend hasn't been uprated by 20?

I hold my DEC shares in a SIPP with Hargeaves Lansdown, the last dividend payment received on the 29th September no tax was taken.

Your figures sound about right, if you then factor in your actual share holding is going to drop at the same 20:1 ratio the yearly dividend comes out about the same.

I have 10,000 shares after the consolidation I will have 500

The quarterly dividend is 0.03519p x 20 giving a total of 0.70380p

Then multiply that (0.7038 x 500) = £351.90 for the quarter and £1,407.6 for the year

Have I got that right?
