Court diary says it will be the judgement tomorrow from 2pm. So far only the BOD with there 6 figure salaries and lawyers with their 6 figure fees getting paid. If Premaitha really are at breakeven then at last shareholders should be at the turning point.

TF have arranged a loan with no dilution! Premaitha only arranged enough to cover the legal charge. Profitability within reach, if not already. New products to be revenue generating as NGS kit is already in place with NIPT base. UK Revenue will be approx 5% in 12 months. This is a screaming buy now imo

Illumina are setting pretty. If this goes to appeal, with very little chance of success, the share price will stay this low for the whole of 2018 or maybe even lower. Sub 4p anyone?
