Most of our European revenue outside UK comes from France and Italy. And any action wouldn't be directly against Premaitha but the labs. Ilummina lost in Germany and French courts would almost certainly follow Germany. As for Italy their legal system would never go against an Italian company

The judge's comments are purely hypothetical if you read them objectively and he covers all options rather than jumping to any one conclusion. He's simply justifying his decision to let the normal patent challenge process take its course. Imo this now won't follow the normal process. Three options on the table, let's hope bod choose the right one now. The 500k buyer must have a good idea.

Twix seems to me the 500k occured after the judgement and the BOD board meetings. Let's see if they see the light and halt court proceedings!
