Spouting non sense yet again Kaeren, if I wasn’t holding why would I bother commenting, pathetic. As you have I have and have always had a right to freedom of speech on this board when my investment is performing badly which it is, however on a previous post you felt the need to attempt to belittle and silence my views which is unacceptable! Glad I got your attention and said my bit, regardless of whether you disagree with my views on my investment I will continue to post, not keen on bullies who suffer from confirmation bias and attempt to silence other honest investors.
Waiting for Kaeren to pipe up and defend today’s article and accuse everyone of attempting to deramp and tell us all it’s worth a 100 quid a share, based on mega intelligence and inside knowledge. Seriously though when will this slump end, give us something positive
I do hope so, I have bled a good few grand. Hopefully the gamble will pay off, although I am concerned all we will do is arrive back at pre drop levels once more, and then it drop again before full year earnings, been burnt twice with this with this stock.
ShaunP- Thank you!
Personally I really do feel value inholding these shares, but some profit taking at a point in time to even the ratio of house chips vs personal investment is wise.
Basically I over cooked it last week, lost a significant amount of money and now need to get back into health before building profits, at which time I will protect my interests, a long hard lesson but I have no one else to blame. #avoid confirmation bias.
Hey Brook, in a similar position tbh but so am determined to make a return on my investment, I have had so many opportunities to take profits with this stock but If I’m honest I got greedy as I was always expecting more, my own fault.
What I would say It has to be your choice, the people on this board offer an opinion, but it is only that an opinion. You have to remember some of the post are from people who are not experts and the chances are they are probably less qualified than you are I to offer an opinion.
Some people take so much sh7t that often they start to believe themselves, I think it is referred to as confirmation bias so be careful not to get sucked in!
I am a realist, once the gains start to build and I can see profit I will skim some off the top, have a look at the actual research and info issued by the company and make your own mind up, is there a future and what does it look like for this company.
Only honest, but be cautious!
Non sense, I am heavily invested which at the minute isn’t great. Boards cannot be totally positive they have to include reasonable debate, and the negatives and positives have to be evenly analysed, those that trade and suffer from confirmation bias are at danger or are uneducated fools, I’m guessing by the breadth of you vocabulary you fit well into the latter category. Best of luck!
I think my point was there was no excitement, nothing to get the market/investors pumped up! Strong numbers yes but what happens next? Tbh there is a lot of uncertainty with Covid, no one really knows if it will be eradicated completely or not, which is why Covid stocks are a gamble, GM surely knows this so why would you not instill confidence as early as possible to ensure you’re stakeholders stick around. Only my opinion, but the update was flat, the future is no clearer, we or most will have taken a huge hit today, maybe I’m a little sore. I have however learned a lesson, invest in fundamentally sound companies, who give future projections/Info on good future earnings, no debt and most importantly spread the risk, eggs in one basket approach does not work, and for that I need a slap!
Great. But what about longevity? What about a forward looking view? Where is the future sentiment? Without this investor sentiment will fade. It is all about long term sustainability and diversification, if you are reliant upon the here and now there is no future regardless of current fundamentals!
