I reckon too many of us - everybody but moagi I think - he knows everything - are in a bit of a dilemma.

The extended funds, post 1st July , look to me like the Board want to see what the take up on the options will be! It will define how much dilution can be afforded for the next tranche.

What will the take up be?

Based on today's sp NONE AT ALL!
Based on any sort of increment above 4.4p or 8c then 100% !!!!
100% less the idiots who don't sell exisiting shares for more than 4.4p or 8c , and buy them back at the option price!

Yesterday I bet a few grand that the option price was a certainty before July (I thought it would might even be today) - but now we need tohear what the plans are.

Hydrogen's future is the key I think? Is it dead in the water until post 1st July or before if the sp reaches the option price sooner?

I'm not worried , personally , TG will get there , Hydrogen will have its day if Synergen can honour their side of the deal. But we need to know if they are still on target to use the free gas at Lesedi that is being flared.

That is my dilemma!

Others have a different dilemma - clearly!! I'd have thought newcomers and shareholders who don't have options have an obvious buy NOW! Option holders have to decide whether to put in new money to but their options or to sell existing shares to pay for them!

Tlou are no doubt as amazed as the rest of us that the price has dropped - so I expect they'll pull out all the stops and we'll hear from one of the organ grinders soon as to the Hydrogen and/or gas flow situation.

Both my top ups yesterday went through as SELLS in the trades section, Was that responsible for the lack of feverish buying? Most of yesterday's trade were actually buys, but ADVFN reported them as sells as well.

What they know, Jackal , imho , is that today's and tomorrows sp is immaterial.
I have said this for so long - nearly as long as Moagi has been saying the opposite.

Nobody has expected TG to fail - it is just a matter of time , and that applies to the share price too!!!!

Must admit to being extremely surprised by the price yesterday and today , I'm back below the custodial charge threshold level. So it looks as if I have to add three December trades to keep frquent trader with new money rather than jiggery pokery on my options!

The name Lesedi was firmly linked to yesterday's funding.
I asked, with no response , whether Synergen might be able to set up at Selemo?
The subject of Hydrogen has gone deafeningly quiet , but it is still (hopefully) part of the plan.
Extending Selemo , and maybe paying royalties on new gas , or diverting the gas being used for on-site electricity to Synergen, and going back to diesel for on-site power for the duration of Synergen's trial (if we get that far) looks better than opening up Mamba or Boomslang!

Of course the pension fund might support Hydrogen and I that was the catalyst for the timing of their funding. In which case, Mudda Fadda kindly disregard this letter!

Jackal, I don't think the pension fund's investment in TLOU is based on speculation.
I think pension funds usually do the opposite, and go for Blue Chips which are obviously established and paying dividends , plus offering opportunities to profit from loaning shares to the shorts-market.

Botswana have been incredibly brave in TLOU's case but have never waivered in their belief in the TLOU team. And why would they? TG has never failed in the CBM industry , has had to endure years of unexpected hindrances in Botswana that would have put many companies under but TLOU has remained solvent despite having no income, ever!!!

Can anyone remember a post on here saying the poster was worried about TLOU folding?

The worry has always been how long it was taking not the final outcome!

I'm still waiting to hear about progress from Danny Horne. I am wondering if he has been instrumental in getting a tune out of the pension fund! If so his presence in Botswana has hopefully been invaluable in more than one way.

I am hoping he had good news for them on gas flows, and we'll hear that one day.

The cobbers don't look excited by funding either!
After lights out (I went to sleep), the price dropped back into the mid 5c range, with 5 times more sells than buys 373k and 1.78m to close at 5.3c (2.8p).

So both markets agree that PPA and Funding are nothing to get excited about until TLOU can demonstrate what they are able to fulfill of the PPA with the funds!

Covid has been the biggest hurdle - why nobody sees that is beyond me!
At the moment we don't know if Hydrogen is still the priority, in fact it looks not to be.

TG is moving us forward slowly but surely , he has my backing and that of the Pension fund and Lefoko. We all realise the impact Covid is having but progress is being achieved. Poles and Wires come next - the contractors have probably been champing at the bit for ages to get started.
Moagi is talking carp - I don't think there is much to do other than fire the starting pistiol on that front! We know the two companies involved and imho Hydrogen possibilities held us back from them getting the green light.

From that, Botswana , in general , look to be insistent we focus on the production of electricity from CBM. It is understandable, the Pension fund did invest in Hydrogen at 11p per share!

There are signs that the new strains of Covid might be less dangerous than feared at first. My African Dr. is being quoted in places , her experience of Omicron is that it has been mild in the few cases she knows about (she has it)..

It is all going to plan, not the original plans, there are contingency plans all over the shop!

TG has never been as anxious to get any old funding - he stuck out for what he wanted and I reckon he now has it. Further talks about post 1st July confirms the sort of partner he wanted.

ASX has moved into the 6c ( range 6c-7c) last trade @ 6.6c after half an hour of ever increasing small rises. 8c is still possible by morning! Good day today .

The equity agreement after 1st July , and TG saying today is all about CBM electricity , looks to me as if the July or later date might be geared to the Hydrogen project.

We will find out soon enough if today's funds are available for Hydrogen I hope.

If Synergen are successful in Brisbane, and Botswana is able to take their prototype - will TLOU press on with Hydrogen? I think the answer is obvious , talking in riddles as you do!

I'm expecting a deposit for the poles and wires to be paid - without touching today's funding!
From there, Covid will determine whether they are erected , in common with the prototype a bit later.

Having a credit card with a credit limit of £100,000 is no problem until you use that credit!

I see Convertibles Notes are not usually repaid at maturity for start-ups - it could cripple many companies which would make the shares unexciting for the funder!

The 2 year repayment holiday is in the bag, the interest rate is 7.75% better than my hoped for 8% , and our funder is our first choice long term Botswanan partner , our biggest shareholder , the pension fund!

Bought a few at 3.23p amd 3.231p so I am hopefully of meeting the Custodial fees threshold for the rest of my days.

LSE works on the mid-point of the spread as is apparent 24/7 on all the sites I noted.

ASX use the trade price of the ultimate trade as you claim for 2.85p.

UT overrides the midpoint on LSE.

He was on the news while I was talking about Tiger! Compelling viewing!
Looking him up, I see his charity was the hospital that saved his life!
And all the damage to him was done to him in the first month of his life.

I suffered a mixture of emotions listening to Tiger say how he might only be able to play a couple of competitions, not necessarily against top level players if his leg allows him to.

I believe they lanced his leg down either side of his cal , precisely what they did to me , in order to save our legs! I had to learn how to walk again and nearly 3 years on my blance is poor due to equine foot. Tiger amazed me , and I was in awe of howe quickly he seemed to recover. I questioned myself if I had tried hard enough to get the leg working.

Talking about inspirational people, Tony Hudgell , a 7 year double amputee (legs) for starters , has raised £1.5M for his abused children charity by walking 10Km and looks an amazing kid. He is so natural in the company of Dominic Raab who sat him in front of his computer to help with a forthcoming speech!. "How far have you got" said Tony , as he threw himself into reading it.

His blood parents were both jailed for nominal 10 years for breaking so many bones whilst he was less than 4 months old! His adoptive parents have done an amazing job on him - they deserve tobe in the New Years honours list along with Tony!
