Nothing under those levels around drilling is overpriced. Be surprised to see it above before initial cores come out though.

I’ve been thinking 30m mcap before drill result news… but given size of strike zone vs ggp + the strong assay results for previous shallow drills. I genuinely wonder if towards 100m pre-results isn’t so unreasonable.

Seems ridiculous to say… but the way this seems to be lifting off. One wonders if it’s at 20m + before they even announce drill dates 🤷‍♂️

… when will drilling actually start… who knows. I’m a skeptic that thinks they’ll miss end of this year, get held up for Aussy summer and drill mid next year. The more optimistic will say Apex are already prepping and likely have the rigs booked in.

Strong series of buys going through, must admit that’s surprised me a bit. Possibly just people trying to trade the news. I’m not joining in at this point as you may have guessed! :D

Yeah it’s already happened, and at the time the price was the market price.

I just think the directors hands were forced, they had to buy in to secure further funding. You’d make them do the same wouldn’t you? :)

Hence, not really a strong signal, but it doesn’t hurt that BoD used some of our money to buy more of the company for themselves.

Suspect the directors buy in was a condition of fund raise. Still a reasonable sign but not the strong signal it could be.

Fees and expenses last year, at a time Red Setter was deemed “unviable”, with the company literally folding and stopped trading… unconscionable.

If drilling (when it eventually starts) hits anything serious, board will be replaced by anyone coming in on a JV, etc.

Now this pull back has started to consolidate, I expect it to trade sideways and gradually attrit down until news. Which in my experience could be months away with this mob.

Slowly avg down is the play here.

Absolutely fair point. Another reason I’m only 70%-ish conviction.

I suppose I could offer a counter point that they’re buying at a price, with enough raised funds to allow that directors buy to be a slow burn. If I’m really cynical I could say it’s written off in lieu of their fees over the next year but I’d not go that far.

Funny old thing this share. Perfectly reasonable to point out the ridiculously low MC… it’s what 2-3x cash reserves. And the staggering upside.

That’s how untrusted this BoD is… do we trust those reserves are well managed and allocated, or spent on fees and remuneration. Do we think they can execute even if they wanted to… I mean, how did they not drill into the main dome last time when they knew the depth already!?

Clown shoes. IMO the approach here is only ever to ask “are my interests and timeline aligned with RP’s”

I’m in, if (as I think it will) it retraces I’ll add a bit more. But not expecting to see that money for 12-24 months… that’s just the drill news and results trade.

If there’s haveron level assay results… well, bonus and even longer horizon.

I just don’t see this doing anything till there’s concrete dates. You’d have to of been kicked in the head by a horse to believe RP at his word… dislike saying that but it’s reality.

I’ll give you a date, Oct, delayed, summer, placing, drill march, delayed, actual drilling this time next year.

Possible, just possible the bitcoin ramp is designed to add to drill news to affect a higher placing price this year. But more likely it’s a hedge for RP to RNS about, with a footnote of excuses as to why no progress and thanking shareholders for patience.

Never really understood trading this, spreads, illiquid, and likely to miss the real gains…. each to their own.

Suspect (and would be happy to see) a consolidation to around .3 over coming weeks. If board weren’t so criminal, it could justify a higher price. But they are, so it can’t.

No drilling, no competence, abysmal track record, gapped up yesturday. Got all the signs of a retrace having gone too soon.

Still, I topped up this morning. Because at 10m MC… this could explode up on risk/reward for patient hands… not that it should.

Drill dates key, don’t underestimate RP. Knowing him, he’ll delay drilling till next year, blame Aussie summer, raise again, then finally drill to depth he should have first time round.

He’s no incentive to move this forward. Lifestyle is funded for another year. Once he drills, it’s all over.

I’m fully in, topped up a few days ago. Avg about 0.25-0.3 so I’m about even at this point, ~10% down.

I’m holding for the pouldon - just seen this rodeo before. Watch the retrace. Hence we need news and dates for THIS year. My stomach just knows he’s capable of dragging it out, then Australian summer… then jam tomorrow…
