WW, I really don’t read this as desperation on the BOD’s part. Yes, the permitting process has taken a bloody long time and yes the SR has been ongoing for a few months now. The key words for me in this RNS were ‘siginificant progress made’, ‘last document received from the EA’, ‘more than one interested party’ - ie we know that there are now two, one most likely being INA. It appears to me that even though Colin has worked part time, there has been a great deal of progress behind closed doors, the communication channels with ARSO, AST and potential suitors have been kept open whilst they get to the end of the process. I find this an extremely encouraging RNS indeed. It’s also pleasing that Colin has updated the market in this manner and he has obviously taken on board feeedback about the effect of poorly worded RNS’s. We should see a good improvement in the SP today. Oh, and I forgot to mention, we are now back in production again!

I really don’t understand why you continue to post here Reso unless you’re looking for a lower entry, in which case you still believe it’s a good buy. If I had such a negative view on a company like you purport to do; I wouldn’t waste so much of my time posting on a chat room. It doesn’t make any sense.

Let’s face it, none of us have a clue what’s going on at the moment. I don’t see the point of arguing with each other?

Stockdale, reso's posts have always come across as unjustified and irrational to me. The fact they are increasing in number as we approach the end of September just goes to show how worried he's getting about his short.

I have to say once this company is taken over I will miss the chat and banter on this board. Presumably it will be shut down when it’s delisted following the T/O. Will never have to read Reso’s posts again! :-)

Only two sells when the bid moved up. That is promising as indicates people are holding for a higher SP.

Anyway back to AST. Beginning to see some movement now...
