I have today instructed HL to turn down the resolution. I only have 2m shares.
Will not agree to anything until and unless BOD invests a substantial amount.

How much would it cost to consult one and if possible, taken to the meeting?

They do not value Valirx products and this is why no one is interested.
The BOD has lied all the way long. Otherwise, even after having 2 products in phase 2, they have not received any interest from anyone.
