Why the ARM references ... seems most odd. Yes ARM was a slow burner but whats that got to do with industry we.re in? Yes, it looks like gut flora stuff etc will be big etc. Read about breeding some type of worms for the gut as this could be a big thing too. Have we got anything planned ?

It wasnt just about too generous revenue recognition ... even the auths wouldn.t let MrT and his merry men leave aim ... they knew something then. It was the subsidiaries and their banditesque sales between them that generated some pocket wonga for old pals ( from the defunct Innovation Plc) and some more fake assets / revenue. When it all gets opened up you.ll be amazed at the shenanigans that were blatantly carried out. Oh yes, is the Quindell support grp still running ... reckon some of the names still here were humming this grp.s praises ... you know - the ones who got in way over their heads and couldn.t get out. Moral ... dont believe all that you hear ...especially bods with history.

Looks like an 'investor' getting ready to pounce on some future refinancing deal ... of the exotic types. The vultures are hovering. I hope the pi isnt going to be just collateral damage once more ... we will see ..

Quindell.s accounting ... in particular the revenue recognition was particularly banditesque. What was even more iffy was the interplay/ share deals done between Rob Terry.s equally piratesque subsidiaries. The accountants will plead that they were mislead by Qpp.s internal accounting systems ... but isnt that their job ..to spot shady sfuff? Did Ernst fail for similar reasons? Mind you these same big accountants offer dubious/legally borderline advice as a service to business. Shocking system ... yet the auths di zip all as they.ve not got the funding, time or desire. As for aim shares, and regulation of ...dont go there. Tk care ...

It.ll be RT trying to wrestle back control of the company so he can burn the evidence ... if there.s anything left. Shredder!

Clearly not as good as BM anticipated. At least xs costs are being stripped out. World mkts twitchy ... ad spending maybe not bouyant as BM would have liked ...at least from their existing clients? Quiet time traditionally for blnx. Give BM another 6 mnths ... being kind i know. Watch ii shareholding ... could be a sneaky build up. Watch short positions too for any new ..increased positions. Closed my short ... may buy if hits 15p.Interesting ... Boyzee

Blinkx was once a leader ..unique IP ... etc. Today it is one of many operating in a crowded world ...nothing particularly unique anymore ..no major moat sadly. The nokia slam dunk by apple springs to mind ..just been superseded. Confirmational bias has dogged many small pi.s here...me for one!Just my thoughts Boyzee
