Elrico ... glycaemic index whilst clearly important, isnt the b all and end all. Glycaemic load needs to be appreciated and also the other foodstuffs consumed with our stuff as this can affect rather dramatically the speed of general glucose absorption. Our product definitely helps with g index and load. No brainer ...just the cost ... onwards and upwards. Diabetics will be all over it.
