Doesnt make sense ...any other business and you.d die laughing. But, as Elrico pointed out in an earlier post, a takeover of a similar type of business, with an inferior offering, was offered £Xm. Elrico/Surely ... warrants being exercised are not 'revenues' in accounting terms. If Opti were paid in warrants for providing products etc ...then yes. But, they.re not ... as far as I can see. That.s my take.

I think the mkt may be less forgiving. I didnt like the way the loss was hidden from the headlines with the 4 1m stuff (altho valid) Lack of detail of revenues going fwd ... Elrico ...you could have written that rns! Fingers, toes, cat.s paws crossed. Gulp.

Revenues ... we suspected this ...but already well out of date by now. Cash good £1 25m. Profit exc 4.1m Skinbio ... a loss. What will the mkt make of it. I.ve no idea ...50:50

Tkr ... you need to buy shares to close a short. Historically, this was the case ...definitely. However, then Spreadbetting came along. These companies make their margin on the spread they offer ... they.ll take hits on both shorts and longs but their 'running book' will show what their overall position is. They dont usually take share positions ...just v occasionally ...they.re more likely to withdraw offering new trades to punters. Tgere are cfds too, but I wont bore you here. The traditional shorting method costs money ie an interest rate charge and/or an arrangement fee ...so you gotta be pretty sure your shirts ginna be a canny one. Hi Elrico. Sorry ...you just sounded too sure ...please dont take offence. What you say is very logical. The dreaded mkt is rather less forgiving though. Your cash comment (FCFtoo) will be critical as you say. I just hope there.s not been a sneaky placing (like nipt the other day on interims ...TW in on it tooNB ...like Opti) although I.d expect this to happen at some point but would view it as a good thing as it helps us to build and prosper until revenues and profit to bottom line hits home. Our model, I believe, is good. Let.s just see ...SOH being a chirpy chappy will furnish us with much hope I suspect.
