Hi Yanis ... not nice when you.re hit heavily like that...awful. CPS.s are stringent and used for 'due diligence ' stuff. They are difficult to fudge ... I would say less so compared with when accountants play with the accounting standards when auditing /producing final accounts to please their payers. CPR.s are independent. Why weren.t the K.s included? I wonder why? Given SS.s history, if the K.s could have been included would they not have been? Or, was it that the K.s were not in the scope of the CPR? Hi Pijoe ... that mkt cap that was clearly overbloated, is now in the super obese category. Going for £5m ...big ask. £1/2m I felt was doable...at a cost. Just goes to show the half yearly sign off by tgeur 2 bit accountants was a big porky ...needs looking at. The Aim circus rolls on!

Pijoe ... I.m convinced it.s HH prove up before anything. Why would the oga put the screws on now prior to the longer term testing? I.m sure ukogs given them some assurances that as soon as HH is proved up, they.ll readmit. I think the convis outstanding will be settled etc maybe via some merger etc activity. ( or just flog some licenses ...if worth oot ... so they can pay the convis off and move on ...if HH successful ) With a mkt cap of 50m ...theres got to be some decent assets somewhere ...or is ukog totally overvalued ...period? Yannis ... I apologise if i have indeed misread the tone of your posts. The way you.re presenting your 'case' makes me think this is so. I apologise therefore... typed up words etc can be interpreted in numerous ways. Ps Pizzaman isnt perfect. He was in on a private placement for nipt recently which made me think about his blog etc. I.m more wary now of his notes/bearcasts etc. Regarding ukog, i think 1 or 2 of his coworkers are short on the stock. Again this makes me wary. ie is everything the guy posts as honest as it could be or does he hide, omit info to help the shorters' cases. It.s possible and itbwould be naive of me to think otherwise. What Pizzaman was saying is it.s borderline SS can do both ie aim readmission and 2018 commitments with the oga possibly looking at their current business status ie investment company. Seems like a mad rush at the moment to get revenues in before the usual 30th August relook at the revenue figs/ accounts for end of May31st half year accounts etc. If this is true, I.m expecting a further flurry of signed up business. May 31st now passed of course ...revenues to that point only ...

Pizzaman reckons converting to a operating company from an investment company is a rubber stamp job ...the problem ...Ukog hasnt got the 300 to 500k this would cost ie the aim readmission. With this cost he reckons they.ll struggle to do 2018 drilling commitments and the readmission so a placing may be necessary but who s gonna do this given YA etc in place already. He reckons that the oga may be thinking that ukog already acts like an operator and might nudge them in that direction ...hence maybe the readmission stuff. Type 2 diabetes mentioned quite and lot inc obesity. There was a 'cracker tester' which showed whether or not you.d be susceptible to carb issues/overeating. Thete was also a v interesting cycling expt ...where swilling sugar in water around your mouth then spitting it out ie of zero benefit gave increased athletic endurance data over just water. The difference was the fact that the brain thought it was about to get carbs but didnt ...it was tricked. However, dignals from the brain to the body did 'something' that improved performance (I reckon some hormonal stufg going on) It will be on catch up ...watch it if you missed it.
