I.m confused. Totally agree with the 3% and 5% limits ...correct. However, on conversion, the new overall shares in issue must be published. This is a separate matter. So, I.m still concluding that no convis have bn converted. The cb.s nay have bn sold on however ...for whatever reason.

Hi Biffa ...in a big crash ... convis can be hit badly and the arbitrage play. I take you.re point regarding the escrow ...gd point. Still surprised though that no convis have been converted ...given the likely sp rise on AM setting off (!) and the testing beginning ...

Biffa ... agree. Hurr has currently had zero conversions as these woukd have to be rnsed. The bond holders must think the 7% coupon and any arbitrage % gain is a better play than converting ti Hur shares. This I find odd. Anyone else think that given the Hur potential, more ii.s would be converting? As you.ll be aware PMO offered an incentive to convert ...but the coupon was much lower (I think ...2.5% ...the incentive £50/bond) All a bit strange to me ... unless of course the arbitrage is yielding bigger than expected total returns. There are major risks to holding convis ...when the mkt crashes ... all good stuff...

Korvet ... i just say what the short term charts are telling me. How the short term movements can be reconciled within the hopefully rising sp is anyone.s guess. Are they relevant? For short term movements - yes. Fundamental news trumps ta everytime. TA may hint at such forthcoming news.Chill - enjoy the ride.
