That is what perplexed me too... Div was on hold just as a precautionary measure at the start of pandemic.. Moreover Company never mentioned its going concern status is in double or facing cash crunch... In fact they easily managed to secure additional debt facility to shore up finances, a part of which they repaid due to good cash generation.. So this fall from grace is a real mystry for me... I am only hoping it will attract investors once there is not much insentive with blue chips..

We seem to have good momentum for last 1 week or so.. It will be good that forward march is continued from historical lows... That would provide us with some much need cushion for any downward movement for general market conditions.. We now need some decent update, specially if we can show end to continuous fall in sales... Sales can't continue falling at 10% or so rate as its just not possible.. It must be reaching to a point it can't drop further which should be followed by positive growth due to action plan in place.. We still have long journey to cover.. Nothing below 550p will give me confort that it has turned corner for better... GLAH

For all holders and hopefully we can have steady rise from here specially if update is good. This is quite steady ride compared to Rolls Royce which I bought last week without much thinking.... Lets see what tomorrow's brings with it... GLAH

Is not too bad as such.. From my experience once it crosses 7-8% then its real problem... Some of short could be hedge against many other things... Lets hope for a positive update.. Once it cam be established that no capital raise is needed it could fly in no time.. Other interesting thing could be reinstatement of dividend.. Any whisper or announcement I'd divided t reinstatement will certainly bring many Buyer..we were not in too bad situation compared to what was anticipated when div was suspended... Lets see what new update brings.. I m hoping for positive development ts based on them paying £170m load earlier... Glah

looking at what has happened with DJ....its flying high and here we are closed in RED.....BoDs must be sacked for literally destroying all of shareholder's values.....

there is huge disconnect between where the SP should be and where it is today...this is when PI needs to be careful...only invest what you can afford to lose...but even for that scenario there are better opportunities e.g. Rolls-Royce all around....it is only for people who are already IN and nursing deep losses...

Trust me long term holder with well upto speed with all the developments from HP takeover, dividend cull to $900M write off..thats why saying either there is something which we dont know or someone is operating SP.....time will tell but a very difficult share to hold for small PIs considering prolonged fall....

something is seriously wrong with MCRO which perhaps ordinary shareholders don't know, otherwise fall to such a level is quite abnormal...Today when all the bourses are up we are still in RED which is dreadful situation...the fall has been relentless almost everyday....i wouldn't suggest anyone to invest in MCRO unless someone is prepared to take risk of losing all the money...

I don't want to agree with your view but this has been the trend pretty much Iver last 4-5 years.. With every passing day probability of happening it again is increasing...

Considering an exearmly poor track record over a long time span patience is wearing out... Its quite normal for Kefi to issue jam tomorrow like updates.. I am holding just on the basis so far there is no dilution which is a change from past.. However with every passing day chances of getting funding is reducing.. No one waits till last day to sign document of everything is in place... .

Each assign day without a positive news is not a good sign going by my own experience.. Generally you don't have to with till last day to sign such deals... The closer we move towards month end the lesser is the chance for funding going ahead

I have been a long term investor in KEFI with significant holding (atleast from personal point of view), and I desperately want it to turn good at this occasion. Although the history of Company is quite poor on funding front...We have been getting this funding for almost yr or so now......although I have noticed slight change from history, generally we used t get dilution news closer to funding deadline...bit like rinse and repeat....it has happened so many times that I am hoping for once pattern will change...But i don't think funding will go till the month end...if we don't get the news next week that would mean it has been pushed back like many other times in past....GLAH

It seems I am not the only one struggling and considering to report them to ombudsmen.. Hard to believe in this age and time someone can be still in business with such poor service.. I got another surprise today wherein they suggested that for veery cash withdrawal I will have to fill up form....if transfer out is such a big deal as you mentioned perhaps I will sell my holding and go somewhere else after withdrawing cash...

We all are concern about falling share price, however Company not turning is profit is untrue. The planned dividend payment was 59P which has been put on hold due to COVID-19 situation as a precautionary measure. Technically we can still get a dividend once the situation is clear. The recent fall is due to huge writedown and offloading by some IIs. None of the people with average understanding knows the real reason of recent fall except which I mentioned earlier. There may be some hidden reason otherwise its overreaction by 2-3 large IIs who may know better avenues for capital growth. As some people suggested if they can restore dividend even 25% of 59P it will fly.

in short term with continuous fall almost everyday. This to me suggest that some large institutions are busy off loading shares in gradual manner.....this will stop downward slide only when they are done....the problem is most of shares were held by IIs so not sure if few of them or most of them want to offload and at what lowest price...SPs behaving in manner its doing for now is generally tell tale sign of eventual liquidation....
