Is where it will end in next 6months. I am quite sure about it. We will have one more large dilution during that time. This is only for short term traders not for investors. If you are v v lucky with your timing you can make few quids. Otherwise profit is reserved for HAA's mates.

Move to main market is just an excuse for 1:100 consolidation. I don't believe it will happen. Consolidation will be followed by a v large placing for various expenses at parent level.

I always struggled to understand psychology of AIM punters... I was one of them when I started off around 15 years ago.. Over the year I realised you have better chance of winning on betfaif than AIM casino... I have shared my 2 cent of knowledge / experience and suggested ppl to invest in US markets where plethora of high grown proper businesses are listed which gives better returns when compared to even multi bagger AIM stocks.. Take an example of planatir and Intel.. Solid businesses 10x return...there r many more sandisk, micron, dell, supermicro.. List is endless... Its beyong belief for me why ppl even consider investing in AIM.. Take 5 stocks on s&p or nasdaq... you will double your money within 3 years as low ball park

On a bright side falling SP indicates.no placing coming in next few days. Kefi has v v long history of working SP upward before announcing placings 🙂. It helps HAA mates to make quick 10-20% by forward selling placing shares.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong bit Kefi has never been able to bring in any money into business over all these years other than issuing new shares and diluting PIs to death. Atleast 4 death cycles I can think of where PIs lost more tha. 90% of their investment.

Kefi plc will go burst in next 3-4 years. Subsidiary building mine will thrive for the benefits of Ethiopian politicians and HAA's friends. Sell for you can this saga is going on for over 10yrs only to fleece PIs based in UK. HAA and his friends have already made millions through repeated solutions and forward selling placing shares.. One credit I give to HAA is that his module operandi has not changed in last 10yrs...

HAA has never been able to raise any money without dilution.. I am quite sure a large chuck of 240m loan will not be accessible... Large part of it will come through placings.. HAA will come up with some excuse when that will happen.

Posters like electric lion, I have seen them before on multiple AIM lifestyle companies. They are more helpful than someone like TW to carry out rinse and repeat cycle. Perhaps they are also bit more than minimum wages to monitor BBs from money money fleeced from retail investors. AIM is wild wild West and I have said many times you will be better off either just by buying indices or any random nasdaq listed share. Stop trying to get rich by investing in AIM. It's POS with full of executives who r more interested in lufestyle management than creating any value for investors

What's wrobg with you. If its done deal then why is HAA keep raising money through discounted offers. I wouldn't let him touch my piggy bank forget amount an institution letting him touch 240m. I have alsys maintained that mine will be built but for the benefits corrupt aftican politicians, beurocrats and corny capitalists, not for ordinary share holders sitting in confort of their home in UK. Just go and check fortunes of many other listed entities having to do with African continent a good starting point would be Afren plc.

I don't believe either bank is ready to allow Kefi accessing their money. It's not a done deal. HAA would struggle to access any money hence this raise. I am quite sure he is still looking to get money from a western institution.

Has been happening here over many years.. Only way Harry has been able to bring in money is by placing to his crony capitalist friends.. They always forward sell... I would encourage investors to report Kefi to FCA.

You seem an innocent soul unaware of shenanigans happening here over a long time..before every placing.. SP is worked upward 10-15%....newly placed shares are sold at small profit... Rinse and repeat cycle quote a norm for kefi... Every year shareholders wait for Santa gift just before Xmas lolzzz...

Once again... It has happened here multiple times over last decade or so.. HAA will play his usual tricks again lolzzz... Kefi holders r more innocent lot than a heard of sheep.... At the end of the year HAA will give himself medal of doubling market cap without mentioning quarupling share counts by then... He has been going it over many years... I am sure barring v few exceptions none of PIs have even made any money on kefi investment and those who made some money are purely lucky in terms of timing instead of being smart investor...kefi is simply u invest able business based on track record, management credibility and civil unrest issues... HAA has not brought in a single dime in business from any investor so far... Kefi is being run on money from PIs.. And forward selling shares..

Is running on UK PIs blood, sweat and tear...Harry hasn't got a single penny from anywhere until now and it is going to be the case for atleast another year.... Whatever money was raised through external sources through placings.. Shares have always been forward sold though insider information.. Essentially always it's UK based PIs whos blood and sweat has been spent through infinite rinse and repeat cycles..... In my view FCA should pursue HAA and his crony capitalist friends who have always forward sold placing shares at decent 10-20% profit through SP manipulation...

This has been the case over many Christmas lolz... Its always atoound the corner..

Too many shares are in PIs hands incl those held by management. Harry is subtle messaging you to offload few as he can't let PIs to make hefty returns. It will fall due to dilution and then no one should blame Harry as he has given you enough opportunities to leave with profit. You need to handover a % of your holding to someone local.

I have not like Kefi for a long time, I feel recent decline in SP doesn't make sense and it's purely result of impatient PIs. Also hot money is leaving after making whatever quick return they wanted. Kefi is in much better condition now after a very long time with financial closure in sight. It was always the plan from very beginning that equity component needs to be spent first before draw down happens. I think only open question now remains is unknown dilution from equity component. Once that is known momentum should build up once again. However I don't expect it to revisit under 1p range in any circumstance going forward.

To figure out future SP movement. PIs hold very large percentage of Kefi and sorry to say but some of them sounds very stupid with claiming to be holding 30-50m. Now everyone (read professionals) knows this so they are not going to make you millionaires by paying hefty price to you just to own Kefi shares. There is a very good reason why there r only very few rich people (millionaires) in the world and most people end up in middle class. There will be many rinse and repeat cycles as pros and politicians have all the time and resources in the world and with every cycle share holding will gradually shift towards pros and politicians.. Eventually a Pi should be happy after 2-3x return and shouldnt be too greedy... In the end PIs lack strength and power to maximise their return... Big money is for big boys...

And run towards exit before it's too late. It's always jam tomorrow with kerfi and no one has any idea at what price new shares will be issued. Draw down time table is not yet agreed and equity component need to be spent first. In short existing shareholders will be diluted to oblivion with no visibity to draw down. As I always said... Mine will be built but not for the benefit of PIs but for corrupt politicians and crony capitalists.
